Ability Description: Water II: (Upgrade of Water I) Nobu can now manipulate five hundred gallons worth of water.
Bubbles I: Nobu can create hardier bubbles that do not burst the same way non-magical fragile bubbles do. He can have up to 30 of these at one time and have them stay within a certain vicinity. If, say, a hunter were to bump into one or brush against one, it would create a small explosion. Enough to take off a limb? No. But enough to create a nasty looking scar and pain.
Levitation: This is not necessarily "flight". By far the slowest form of midair travel in comparison to the other races the action is more of a hover.

Unarmed Combat - You know the basics and can hold your own in a street fight. The type of martial art or fighting style is up to you. We trust you to be realistic for what you can accomplish and not accomplish at being a general level one in unarmed combat.
Throwing - Can accomplish fundamental and basic feats with weapon.

Details: Culan has tendencies to throw his lance at targets that are out of his range, careful aim is crucial and makes hunting with the spear more effective, the heavier and sharper the spear the better the outcome. The throwing skill I is purchased to validate his skills before he met Serina, his mentor and the former Kalidas's lance. (Max skill level 3)
For Unarmed combat, this comes in a form of simple acrobatics with his spear and street fighting. Apart from using his lance as a weapon to poke and throw, he would use his lance in conjunction to a basic unarmed attack that would proved to be acrobatic in nature. (Max Skill level 2)
