Felici's middle class area is beautiful and large. There are many apartments and condos here, and most of them are spacious and modern. Homes are more expensive, but come with yards and privacy. This area makes up the bulk of Felici's permanent residences.

Pauvres Square

Not everywhere in Felici is beautiful and expensive; Pauvres Square is the largest lower-class housing community. It is mostly made up of apartments, with a few homes. True to Felici's spirit, the buildings are lovely on the outside but bare on the inside. If you're poor but still want to live in the city, Pauvres always has units available.
