I would just like to propose that Dishonored hunter version of some skills be added. Basically, since Hunters can reach a IV state in most firearms skills, I thought it could be conceivable that Dishonored Hunters retain some of the skill and experience they acquired in-training and can also be able to reach high proficiency. Plus with their experience, I think some Anti-Hunter abilities should be added. Here are the two that I've come up with.
Mastery: Deftly honed survival instincts. Defying the Goddess of the Hunt comes with extremely few perks, but it often can still do wonders in conditioning the body's senses, endurance, and reflexes to their apex. With the purchase of this ability, you may quite justly have realized your full potential. Even if you are a level Unarmed III, you can be considered a IV after purchasing this ability. This applies only towards two specified weaponry levels; for better or worse, you will definitely have earned it.
(Member chooses the two weaponry levels).
- Dishonored Hunter Only
Disturbance: You slow your heart rate, blend into backgrounds, and even trick your own mind into believing the words coming out of your mouth. All with the sole intention of fooling and misinforming your pursuers. Upon purchasing this ability, Active Hunters will have a much harder time detecting your falsehoods, locating you via ultrasound, and detecting you with Night Vision.
