Clarisse Diacha
Anything can be solD for the right price
Application
Clarisse is one of three owners of the famous nightclub Obsidian (details below) in Dagos. While her sister Katreena serves as the public face of the club and handles many day-to-day operations, Clarisse works in the office with paperwork and more official business. That's not all though.
Clarisse serves as the head of a vast black market empire that stretches out to each and every continent. Basically anything that can be bought will be sold by the Diachas, barring a few select items. It's hard to find some under-the-table trade, especially in Ethea's black market, that doesn't have some sort of tie to the family. But it's also hard to outright prove their involvement. The family does a very good job on keeping their ends covered and erasing any trails back to them. They've got their hands in a number of things, but they aren't ones to take sides. For example: though they supply the MLM with whatever materials they request, the Diachas do not directly fight alongside the MLM or even directly associate themselves with the group. It's not a partnership.
They deal strictly in business transactions.
A few words of warning to those meeting with the woman; unless she invites you, make sure you have a reason for speaking with her before coming in. Clarisse is not one to enjoy her time being wasted. If you don't have a good reason, it's very likely she won't meet with you at all. Any meetings with her occur in Obsidian unless she comes to you: a very rare occurrence.
The only people the Diacha family, and therefore Clarisse, refuse to do direct business with are hunters. Even former hunters or dishonored hunters will have a hard time getting any business from the family or their connections.
The Diacha sisters' nightclub and lounge. It's a rather large building that sits within Dagos yet has it's own "perimeter" so to speak. The exterior is mainly a sleek black design with purple neon spelling out it's name in grand letters. A rather popular place, the club itself is split into three levels open to the public. Firstly there's the ground floor equipped with rotating lights, upper balconies, seating areas, a stocked bar, dance floor, DJ stage, and an excellent sound system to allow patrons to dance and drink their night away. Upstairs is the less rowdy main lounge with soundproof walls to prevent the noise from below filtering in and mixing with the music here. The bar on this floor is even larger and better stocked with an immense amount of liquor. There are numerous seating arrangements throughout the lounge and televisions for guests to watch channels on. Finally there's the upstairs private lounge that can be reserved for private parties, otherwise it's also open to the public. Patrons up here can order drinks from the main lounge, and also food from a small menu.

Lelianna Varna
A garden can be full of the best wonders
Application
Lelianna is a dorky little earth magi that dwells within Arecia Woods. She's been living within it for eight years, and during that time she's become a friend of the Woods themselves and the animal denizens that dwell within. This druid is exceptionally dedicated to Arecia and over her time living there she has grown a massive garden that spans for miles.
Eight years to yourself with nothing else to do but grow things really helps.
When she's not expanding her garden even further, she's often responding to whatever Arecia needs her for. That's right, this little druid can hear the voices of the surrounding plantlife and essentially Arecia as a whole. If bad things happen in the woods and her help is needed, she'll get tugged along towards these issues. However Lelianna is a pacifist. If she can solve something without violence, she will try her best to do just that. She'd rather be making her garden a peaceful place than one of death for any who enter.
However, don't underestimate her power. With no one to compare herself to for years, she often doesn't realize just how strong she is.
Bumping into Lelianna when wandering through Arecia is a pretty easy thing to do. She's always out and about doing something, whether it be within her garden's massive confines or beyond in another part of the woods. That or she occasionally goes to Haven to visit the temple, sell off herbal remedies she makes, purchase more seeds for her ever-growing garden, or enjoy the festivals Haven throws from time to time.
Lelianna's Garden is exceptionally huge, sitting somewhere between Loch Périlleux, Haven, and the northern mountains. It extends for miles and it's easy to notice due to the vast amount of plantlife and animal life consequentially thriving within it. Basically, without realizing it, the druid created a wilder Garden of Eden. Despite the fact she lets nature grow as it pleases for the most part, there are nonetheless sections to the garden. When revealed they will be listed below.
The Flower Field
The flower field is a vast expanse of land dominated almost explicitly by various flower types with only a few trees here and there providing shade amongst the rolling hills of petals. Tiny little paths allow people and animals to move through it without disrupting the flowers, by the flora there is particularly resilient due to the druid's caretaking. These aren't your typical pretty flowers that will die at the smallest mistake.
The Still Pools
The still pool section of the garden consists of scarce but enormous trees reaching up to the heavens. On the ground between these giant wooden sentinels lie clear pools thriving with aquatic life both animal and plant-like. Most of this area is water, with "bridges" of earth connecting to the few "islands" scattered around the area. Most, if not all, of these islands are dominated by the humongous trees giving the section its shade. Overall it is a very still and tranquil place that is very undisturbed by sound. It's the perfect spot to relax and think with essentially no distractions.
The Cavern of Light
This particular section of her garden is unlike most of the others, mainly because it is located underground. In order to get there one must walk through a long stretch of pitch dark tunnels going ever downward. However the claustrophobic journey is well worth the reward: the Cavern itself is beyond massive will a wild plethora of glowing flora to light up the rolling hills, rocky arches, and rushing waterfalls that create the underground streams flowing through the place. It's a truly beautiful sight, if you can manage to get there.

Surai Bazzi
Learning is a gift; do it often
Application
Surai is a hardworking woman who loves to learn something new at every chance she can get. Which is probably useful for her since she is a teacher. Not only that, but she is a member of the secret society Vicis Crux; a group dedicated to the God of Knowledge, Irilys, that preserves ancient texts and artifacts as well as assists in bringing fated events to pass. Surai is very devoted to her God; don't expect any betrayal here.
Coming from the poorest of the poor in Suraja, Surai is a very take-charge individual who will get done what needs to be done with focused precision. That doesn't mean she can't have fun though. The woman has her quirks here and there and a nice sense of humor to boot. Because she's quite the smart cookie she's as witty as they come. Just because she has a motherly attitude doesn't mean she's afraid to dish out some snark here and there. But all in all she's a very caring individual and a loyal friend. If she chooses you to be a close friend, that is. She's rather picky about who she gets close to.
Surai is located in Camlorn, where she teaches grade school and works at the local orphanage. She can be found all around the city and on occasion she might travel elsewhere. however this is the main place she's likely to be, and she's fairly approachable. Especially if she's got her kids in tow.
If an individual wants to approach her about business pertaining to Vicis Crux, then that individual had better have already talked with Irilys and gotten a meeting with the God himself. That or the God should have told her she needs to meet with this character. Her membership, along with the society itself, is a very very well guarded secret. She's not chatting about it to some common Joe in the street.
Irilys - Patron God and my best friend, Baba [Patron God/Best Friend]
Luca Burke - We met in the strangest of ways, but now we're great friends. I'm glad we met after all [Friend]
Maevia Inclemens - Not exactly a friend, but we're working together. Plus she seems very smart, so bonus points for that [Acquaintance]
Maia Nomi - She was polite enough, and I understand the difficulty of coming to a new country [Acquaintance]

Amelia Rose
Size doesn't mean everything
Application
Amelia is an excruciatingly petite woman (she only stands at 4'10") who attends the Runic university and is a master of explosives. Keep that in mind if you ever choose to make fun of her height. Beyond that, Amelia is the biggest bookworm you could possibly meet. Think Belle, but then times it by 3. The librarians within Felici know her by sight now and have all made mental notes to check for the tiny mouse whenever it is closing time. because whenever this girl reads it's like she goes into an alternate dimension that's difficult to pull her back from. It's gotten her in trouble a few times in the past as she literally zones out all other environmental cues.
The Rose family is also a prominent one within Felici's social hierarchy. However Amelia herself, only being the 4th child out of 6, has basically distanced herself from the family as much as she can. Other than her younger (yet infuriatingly taller) sisters, she does not interact with her family in any way, shape, or form if she can help it.
Go to a library or a bookstore in Felici. The tiny mouse is bound to be there. If not she can be found on the Runic University's campus or in Felici in general (perhaps dragged to an outing by her sisters or her friends). She tends to get flustered very easily, especially by a pretty face.
Erik Rose - Why should I care what you say? [Object of Hatred/Father]
Monica Rose - Why should I care what you think? [Object of Hatred/Mother]
Lily Rose - Ignored me just as much as mom and dad, but there was always something...off about her [Enemy(?)/Sibling]
Michael Rose - Dad would be proud; he's just like Him [Enemy/Sibling]
Noah Rose - We never really talked, but he seemed as unhappy as I was [Undecided/Sibling]
Paige Rose - A bit bossy but I couldn't ask for a better sister! [Best Friend/Sibling]
Rachel Rose - One of the best younger siblings ever! [Best Friend/Sibling]
Hadiyya Nejem - The best friend a mouse could ask for! [Best Friend]
Emiko Inoue - How does she wear those stilettos so easily?! [Teacher/Undecided]
Kelri Anderson - Friend of Diya's that seems pretty nice! [Friend]
Ulrich Von Kaiser - The headmaster of the university [Boss/Teacher/Undecided]
Noemi Alessi - Fellow research and book enthusiast! [Teacher/Friend(?)]
Dehlia - *Frustrated French Shouting* [Enemy]
Edwin Melchiott - Now I just feel bad [Undecided]

Alexandra Caim
I'll try my best to protect all I can
Application
Alexandra (or Alex/Lexie) is a 6'2" amazonian woman with a heart made of gold and a motherly disposition. When she was little her parents were killed in the magi rebellion. She was then adopted and raised by Daniel Caim, a once-retired hunter who manages to make young Alex so concerned for his well being that she essentially took over the role of playing "mother" for their little family. That being said she only has fond memories of her childhood (though she suffers from a loss of memory for anything prior and during the magi rebellion). What she is unaware of is that she is a No-Maj.
She is currently a student at the Runic University that specializes in the culinary arts. After the "incident" (that shall never be explained) she took up the cooking in her household and found out she's quite good at it. Though that's not all she's good at. The amazon is an exercise junkie that often does many forms of exercising throughout the day. It's not uncommon to find her out running in Felici or at the local gym. She's really quite sweet, if not without her competitive streaks now and then.
Just don't get into an argument with her in spanish.
Alex resides within Felici but she is one of the easiest people to approach (so long as her tall and defined figure doesn't scare you off). The girl is super kind to anyone she interacts with unless they really try hard to give her a reason not to be. She can be found pretty much all over the city at any hour of the day, including at night on the beach.
Daniel Caim - Most likely her best and closest friend [Father/Best Friend]
Mogi - Her ever faithful canine companion [Best Friend]
@bjarga - An eccentric but kind stranger [Friend(?)]
Yukimaru - Childhood friend and rival [Friend/Rival]
Maia Nomi - Slightly sadistic but oddly generous [Undecided]
Emiko Inoue - One of my professors that seems nice [Professor/Undecided]
Shiro Alucardi - Friend made in a time of strife [Friend]
Valeria Wyther - Someone else who likes to exercise! [Acquaintance/Exercise Buddy]
