DISHONORED HUNTERS
This is an idea I've spoken at length with D2 about and I wanted to bring it out into the fore. Basically, we're looking to make Dishonored Hunters more appealing on the site and I think it would be an improvement to flesh them out more in the site lore and functions of the site.
Bounty Levels ➙ As outlaws of Kalidas, Dishonored Hunters are criminals and as such are hunted like animals by both law enforcement and the Hunter's Guild personally. Such a hunt wouldn't be so effective if the Hunters didn't plan effectively for whom they were about to go after.

Bounty Files ➙ The greater the number of Black Stars, the higher the criminal is classified. E-F File being the lowest classification and SS File being the highest. This would be the Guild's own personal ranking system for its own criminals and each new file the criminal obtains will allow them a reward of
Mission Packages ➙ So how does one gain Notoriety/Black Stars? Well, in order to minimize/keep the system abuse-free, I present to you: Packages. Getting straight to the point: a preset system of enemies. For the moment, I have a couple ideas to get things started (though this is just what I have for the time being). Depending on the difficulty of the preset, Dishonored Hunters can accumulate Black Stars.
Some of the presets can be done by the person on their own or with partner during a thread. These are just enemy packages, but the real deal is creating specific missions with these presets and the other characters in the RP. Here is an Example: A Hunter wants to make a Mission where they manage to kill a "Hunter" Squad and by chance Oliver Wynters intervenes. Than regardless of the
- "Hunter" Squad: A small squad of about 8-10 Hunters each with Familiars and the ability to see and locate targets even in the thick of night.
- "Demolition" Team: Hunters designed to track down rogues. Excellent Hunters that can pinpoint a target's location and quickly suppress them from afar with throwing knives as well as bombs. The fact that they are also efficient trackers makes them even more deadly.
- "Elite" Suppression: 3-4 Hunters each with a Unique Hunter Augmented Weapon and high skills in Melee and Archery.
- "Assassination": A group of elite Hunters with the 'Sharpshooter' ability and are each ranked IV with bows and firearms. Typically 5-7 Hunters and each also has a Familiar to go along with it.
Note: The File System is designed to be cumulative and based on many different factors for me to list here. A B-File Criminal taking on a small Hunter Squad wouldn't net in stars compared to someone who is ranked in the E-F File. Higher files demand escalating actions in order for the Guild to consider awarding more stars to an already high-ranked outlaw. Some Packages designed later may even require Hunter Players or Spirits to be involved. Basically I want this to add fun for Dishonored Hunters without taking away too much. Establishing and fleshing them out in the world.
Faction ➙ Basically, I think that Dishonored Hunters should at least be able to establish themselves at some point later. That can be added at some point when more than 2 such hunters exist.
Anti-Human Weapons ➙ Since Hunters have Magi-based Weapons, I think that Dishonored Hunters should be able to have access to their own weaponry in opposition to the Guild who hunt Magi to use in their weapons. Instead of being created using Magi body parts, Dishonored Hunters fuel their weapons through other means, like through deals with Kupiec or technology from other lands.
