I think Eraya would somewhat know Kelri in passing because, since she's a senior officer in the military under the government, she would definitely know most, if not all, of her brothers who are working for the government and might have also have been some of their CO from time to time. Also, a funny thing is that, despite Eraya seeming very serious and composed, she has a very acute weakness to chocolate, similar to Kelri. She likes sweet things in general, but chocolate itself (especially white chocolate) has the ability to tempt Eraya like no other. I can definitely see Eraya visiting her sweets shop and then recognizing her because of visual similarities to her brothers and striking up a conversation from there on.


Maia Nomi, I don't think there can really be much between her and Eraya. As a young student, as well as a minor, I doubt Eraya would ever run into Maia in the places she frequents (Her workplace, the bars, etc). And given Maia's antisocial behaviour, I doubt they would have much of anything even if they did meet. Eraya generally reacts to people who are antisocial by respecting that and leaving them alone.
EDIT: Okay so I read her app a bit closer and I just realized that she's Oliver's child? If that's the case, then there's a chance of Eraya and Maia having some form of relation but it depends on Eraya finding out if Maia is Oliver's kid or not. Seeing as how Eraya considers Oliver to be a trusted friend (For now) she would definitely care about Maia and also try to instill better values in her. But again, it hinges on Eraya finding out the connection between them because otherwise, Eraya would never really go out of her way to find Maia.

Finally, Althea. I think it's easy to say that they'll probably never meet, given that Althea is in Haven and Eraya is in Felici. But if, on the off chance, that they ever somehow meet, I doubt it would go very well at first, with Althea's distrust of humans. Eraya is a very empathic person underneath her composed shell, and she has her own share of scars. If Althea wants Eraya to leave her alone, which is most likely, Eraya probably would and that'd be it. But if by some chance, they get some form of friendship and Eraya learns about Althea's shortcomings and her past, Eraya would gain a fierce protectiveness for her. But again, all of that is extremely unlikely given their distance and factors.
