Post"Wicked" Aiden Garnette It was the epitome of disgust; the rose garden of filth, wretchedness, and ill repute. There was no place left to call home here, only the reservoir of painful, lonely, and hate-filled half-lies. That wasn't even including the squalor of garbage parked in his old corner of the world, a place he would rather no one discover him. To even call it a corner would be an insult. It was a small, cramped little hut now as Aiden could also see that several Magi (or whoever else had lived in the place) had also used it to safe haven for more persons than it should've housed. It was a dump among a field of dumps. Aiden took his first step in, not certain he was ready for the barrage of feelings he knew were going to eventually sic him. He remembered the place by a bed stool where his father had beaten him, raving on him like a sick and twisted madman. When he managed to inspect it closer, he came to study several deep scars in the padded walling that hadn't been present before.
He studied it like the wound itself would somehow make his heart bleed less and curtail the sick and empty sensation running up his stomach and into his throat. Maybe that was the word that described this feeling most accurately. It was an empty feeling. He looked at all the damage that the little hobble had endured and felt maybe like he would want to tear it up even further. Rip away at the pain and stomach the empty visions of his father striking twin pipes upon ground to make sure they were sturdy before turning them upon him. Aiden stepped forward un-cautiously as one recollection would strike him after another, like the time his father found a bottle of alcohol that he downed first before using it for a bludgeon or the instance when he couldn't find a weapon and just broke him with his fists.
There were lapsed pieces of trash under his feet, crunching or ringing when he stepped on a misbegotten piece of food or metal. His breath would catch in his throat, leading him to forget even the last rays of sunlight coming in, at least for the moment while he walked in the shadows of his past. He decided against moving to the back or crouching to see anything that may cause his breath to slow anymore. When the sorrow faded and Aiden found himself again, a more concrete emotion broke in. It wasn't fear or hate, but anger. He didn't want to be subtle with what he was about to do. His teeth gritted and his fist and feet tore into the clutter littering around.
Just make it go away. Just break it. Destroy everything because it makes you unhappy! Annihilate it! Don't let it smear you in the face!
He raged around the stricken little cornerhut. He ripped off pieces of wood used to repair gaping holes. Stomped on the sludgy carpet where someone had obviously relieved their bowels at some point on the spot where he had lost blood. It stank horribly. Aiden didn't stop there. He kicked at anything that could break, even shoving his right foot forcefully through the wall and making another hole at the most dilapidated and torn side of the room. For about 30 more minutes, Aiden irrationally was beyond reason and he could hear others walking by and staring or fleeing. When he felt like he had calmed down, the small shack had been reduced to nothing more than a mess.
At the end of his vocal and snarling rant, Aiden kicked the last bit of garbage away like it was a soccer ball and angrily walked out of the room, covered in the filth and stench of the room while traipsing off to find a river or a clean place to relieve himself and shower in this sink hole of a city.

Alistair had been glad he confided the information of the goddess to the info broker. As he was tailing the dishonored Hunter through the slums. The report he had recieved showed that he was wanted by the hunters for the murder of several of his co-workers. However that's all the info of his Hunter career he was able to obtain. He did see some stuff such as places he lived before joining the hunters and family, but nothing truely concrete. From what he could tell the man was heading in the direction of an old home.
Alistair kept his distance as he continued to follow him. Whatever reason Aiden was here, Grey was intent on recruiting him for his cause. No matter the who they were a recruit was beneficial, especially with someone with a strong insight on the hunters. Is he a threat to him now though?
It was a possibility that the man had been insane instead and decided to hunt bigger beasts. Once he saw the man enter the building that was used to be his home he waited outside. Deciding after several minutes to follow in to see him destroying and wrecking the place... Well he may in fact me crazy. All the effort to destroy what he could for what could be for a simple or even big reason, Alistair kept his hand on his gun ready to unholster should he pose a threat.
"So... I decided to follow you to talk... But it doesn't seem like you're in the mood to talk. If you're willing to listen I have a proposition for someone of your skills" he said out loud demanding his attention as he stood lazily leaning on the doorway. His coat hid the fact he kept his hand on the gun.

Post"Wicked" Aiden Garnette He was almost beside himself with rage and anger after that tirade and the storm had barely subsided. The streets of the slums were barely cleanly and he was forced to strafe over the common garbage littering the sidewalks as he strode farther down the road. Looking at his surroundings, plenty of people had been attracted by the ruckus he had caused, but only gave him a silent few glares before moving on and minding their own business. A few passersby though were still standing outside the ruined home with a pensive aura of lost sadness stilled in their teared eyes.
One interested person seemed to follow him through though. At first Aiden hadn't really been paying exclusive attention to anyone following him, but then he turned and the figure spoke loudly as if to get his attention. To the silver-haired man, he looked plain. A head of hair that was white as a sheet of paper, face that was appealing but also appeared to hide something. Posture that seemed to convey a coy or experienced nature that Aiden could plainly see. By instinct, Aiden also took note of the fact that the interloper seemed to be hiding his hands which sent off his glaring internal alarms. He quieted himself, guessing perhaps that appearances weren't everything and this person only wanted to talk. The swell of his rage was still brewing, but he could calm himself for the moment.
"If you hadn't decided to talk to me, you wouldn't have followed me. he said with a little arrogance laced in his voice. "Speak if you want though. I'll listen and hear you out. First things first though, show me your hands if you don't mind." he turned around to face his new acquaintance, a little bit on his guard, but also not hostile as he as well took out his hands and showed they were empty, "I'm not carrying anything so lets be civil if your aim is to make a decent proposition.

Alistair chuckles a little, a bit from being nervous and a bit from the way this man was talking to him. "Well I'll do you one better then and show you what I'm packing." Grey lightly grabs his coats rims and begins spreading open his coat to reveal the holster under his arm for his gun. While most would keep this as a hidden weapon, Alistair had intended to do all he could to gain the man's trust. "I can't tell whether or not you're crazy by the way... but I suppose that doesn't matter. Don't mind my gun so much, it just makes it easier to trust your actions and movements." He said as he made sure the distance between them was still quite wide. His stance remained rather relaxed as he preferred not be underestimated by his foes. Many normally do underestimate water magi... but he had several tricks up his sleeves.
However with the act of bravado his weapon still retained an old government emblem on the handle of the gun as well as its holster. Both were remade to fit the one his father used to have. "Now listen... I'd like to put those skills of yours to some use... mainly one where both you and me can see an end to the bloodshed of those labeled as a threat to the people." He said as he try to inch a little closer. the man seemed quite agitated at the moment, but this was one of the few people he would have trouble finding in the first place. "Personally I think it's fate I found you... former hunter, wanted for the death of his fellow hunters... I think you could be of use for my people, but that all depends on you really." Alistair began walking around the former house inspecting what kind of damage this man had done.

Post"Wicked" Aiden Garnette "Hmmm Water Magi huh. The pleasure would be mine then, but with your looks kid, I wouldn't expect many to take you seriously. Coming at me with a gun and saying you can't trust if I'm crazy hahaha! It makes me laugh since it actually makes you seem more cute rather than intimidating." Aiden snickered and laughed flippantly while his hands stayed out in the open. "Keep your gun if it makes you feel better. In these dangerous places, I can't say I'd do differently if I was in your shoes."
He made no attempt to close the distance between the two of them, remaining as he was with a smirk on his face while the boy went inside his former home and inspected it with some degree of visible curiosity. Aiden himself was still heated, switching from his raging self to reasserting his calm composure. "It's good to know though that you did your homework. Saves me a bit of trouble of figuring out your motives." He noted to himself then turned and stepped forth, leaning up against the old, dilapidated wall outside his former home with arms crossed and held above his head. He spoke plainly, musing just loud enough so that the strange figure could hear him from inside.
"Fate has had a laughable sense of humor with me lately though. I'm in a hurry since I'm covered in shit from that place so why don't we cut to the chase. You already know my name and what I am, so mind telling me who and what you are? You said you wanted to help me, but mind telling me what you're offering to me specifically? Really, what possible use could I get from you? If you're proposing we exchange intel and information, I would consider it, pending I know that you're sincere. I am obliged to work with the Magi, but I'm not fool enough to think it is always that simple. he stepped away from the wall and quickly moved up to the door so the Magi could hear him clearly.
"If you want trust from me and for that to be reciprocated, than you'll earn it. Tell me what you want, I'll consider it, and if I choose to agree then we'll seal the deal afterwards. It is that simple. You don't need to tell me it's fate that we met... lame things like that should be reserved for pickup lines only."

Alistair chuckled at the first few words. "Coming at you with a gun? Pffft... It's a precaution and I have yet to pull it out of the holster." The boy seemed rather confident... but whatever if he could get his skills thats all that mattered. "Also you really haven't been apart of the hunters long enough to know just how powerful a weapon can be... and not just the weapon, but it's presence... Ah well it makes it easier to trust you as well as approach others without paranoia." He said with a serene look on his face. He had other weapons on his person, but for the most part the only thing he'll be aware of is his gun. He did make a point to balance his fighting style between his gun and magic. Those that fail to think he was a threat were always ones to fall first.
"Alright as I said before I'm here to hire you... for the most part as a monk of the Goddess Arithelia. I'd like you to take the time to actively hunt the hunters getting too close to haven and the Temple within the forst. You won't be alone in fighting them however. Once you agree I'll inform your presence to the other magi within the vicinity." He said as he circled the hunter. "However that's just something to do until I've finally put together a solid plan of attack... Right now my goals would include the infiltration of the Hunter's guild and the Runic college." He continued to circle him. Pacing as he kept counting his own steps as he walked.
"The only real issue we need to cover is... one your payment and your preference on who to fight first. The hunters or the Runic college." A college of magic, that in itself was something to be wary of. As to achieve such abilities without the means to naturally produce it was already a secret the college wished to keep. Now all he needed was his response.

Post"Wicked" Aiden Garnette "Hahahahah!" he chuckled heartily, holding his chest and abdomen for a few moments. The boy may have gotten his intentions right, but he had misread Aiden quite a bit with the few assumptions that he made. Aiden listened closely while careful to still monitor the movements in this situation, especially because he now couldn't help himself being on-edge. As he spoke, Aiden did take careful note of the boyish Magi circling around like a tiger maneuvering around its pray and making him feel all the more cagey. The fact that the boy could keep a straight face was telling as well and spoke volumes about the boy's current state of mind.
"Whoever you are, I have to respect you. I'm not a member of the hunters anymore and you've miscalculated quite a few things. First of all, I'm not going to be a monk for your goddess. I'm no holy warrior but I have nothing personal against Arithelia. Second of all, I'm already hunting Hunters in that area and disrupting operations in that vicinity, but I'm not going to draw attention to myself just yet. I'm already quite familiar with Hunter operations in and around the mountain area as well as in Dagos and Felici." Aiden remarked snidely, spitting onto the curb. That was the truth. Before he had betrayed the guild, Aiden had gone to large pains to compile a list of Hunter operatives who could pose a threat to him. Sneaking out for dirt and laying low in the Hunter ranks had taken a long time and a lot of patience.
"I've been betraying the Hunters for many years and disrupting a few of their operations. It would be foolish of me to not have any idea of their top priorities and MO." Swiftly, Aiden closed distance with the other white-haired Magi, forestalling them from circling around. "Don't circle around me. It makes you look like more like a scared little kitty cat and makes me want to tease you." he added humorously with a soft grinning chuckle of his lips. Then his expression softened considerably and the tone of his voice became more compassionate, "I'm sorry though because I'm not interested in fighting your battle against the Runic College. If you have information about the Hunters, please share your sources. I have open ears and there are places nearby we can talk freely without fear of eavesdropping. Otherwise, your goals will have to be your own."
"I would like to know where Haven is though if you are open to sharing that information. I bear no ill-will against your kind; in truth I feel very sad for you. Share your information with me and it will help me better plan and do more to help your kind."

Alistair kept silent through most of his words. Every moment he spoke brought out more of his personality it made it entertaining. What an interesting individual... He obviously thought of him as a young boy from the way he spoke, he began to chuckle as he spoke of the goddess and his work as a monk. "Heheh funny... Well just keep doing what you do... I may supply you with information I find." when Aiden tried to startle Alistair he only stood still unphased by such false attempt to intimidate. "Sorry if that was bothering... I'm part shark.. Its instinct to never stop moving. I get a bit fidgety when I stay still for too long." he shows quite the toothy grin as they were face to face. A hidden row of razor sharp teeth lay within his mouth and exposed itself as he smiled. "Also you should really great your elders with some respect. I commend you for skills, but I've lived through quite a few decades knowing what hunters are capable of."
Alistair continued his circling with his ever so confident coy grin. "Honestly your the first Hunter I've found that has such a reputation as something similar to a kin slayer." he chuckled a bit at the way he worded it... However when it came to the prospect of revealing Haven hesitated. Stopping in his tracks as he looked at him. "Hunter patrols are searching for haven recently... Dwindle their numbers and I'll have the information broker contact you... She'll send you the location to meet me on the outskirts of haven once you've killed more of the eager hunters." he said as he walked up to him handing him a card. "My number if you wish to call me." he said as he left the man alone to do whatever... He had a feeling he would meet him rather soon in the following week.
