[attr="class","jikan"] | [attr="class","achee"] [attr="class","castleonthehill"] ❝ Maybe it had come as a bit of a surprise: an invitation complete with an address. Certainly anyone who knew the sender would have been fairly stunned. Invitations weren’t a regular, or even rare occurrence. Not with this individual.
So clearly whatever Kelri had done had to have made quite the impression.
The address took her straight into the heart of Dagos’ club district. All manner of buildings pertaining to nightlife and entertainment lines the area, but before her stood arguably one of the best known nightclubs the city could offer. A huge black surfaced structure towered over the girl— the color perfectly matching the name displayed in glowing purple neon lights.
Obsidian.
At this time in the evening the place was just starting to gather a crowd. Already a line had formed outside for people to get inside. If she’d been stuck with the normal crowd, it might’ve taken her around thirty minutes to head inside with how quickly people seemed to be lining up. But she was no ordinary person. The invitation had also come with instructions. Give the doormen your username. What exactly that would do, it hadn’t specified. Hopefully it would be obvious by now though.
Drawing closer to the door would catch the eyes of both guards dutifully checking the ID’s of those trying to enter. One was magi while the other was a cyborg, made apparent when his eyes glowed with an inner mechanical light while he took her in. Scanned was more like it. However if she indeed did give her username as instructed, a faint trace of surprise would cross both of their features before the cyborg would usher her forward.
Though the music could be heard vaguely outside the door, once inside it dominated the air. The atmosphere was practically thrumming with the sound of the club’s speakers well at work with whatever the DJ was currently playing. The overhead lights were in full swing too as a large press of bodies moved on the dance floor. Those that weren’t dancing took advantage of the tables on either level, while others still moved off to the side to head up towards the upper level. That was where she was guided while another guard stepped outside to take the missing one’s place.
The further up the stairs they could, the less could be heard of the music below until eventually they crossed a threshold separating the Lounge from the Dance Floor. Music still played her, but more as background noise than the main performer. An expanse of cozy seating and tables with a long bar came into view, but once again the girl was ushered ever onwards. If she resisted she’d get an apology, but the one who’d invited her there in the first place wished to see her once she’d arrived.
And there wasn’t really a way to say “no” to them.
Eventually led through the Lounge, she was taken and escorted through an “employees only” door to hallways beyond. Which in turn finally got her to a guarded door. After a quick check for weapons— mandatory, as the guards explained apologetically— she was finally let inside. Where finally she came face to face with the one who’d brought her there in the first place.
The interior of the office was fairly simple but for the large aquarium that pretty much took up the entirely of one wall. there was also a one-way window to the other. But directly across from the entrance sat a desk where one lone individual sate. Immediately upon the invitee’s entrance, a pair of green eyes had snapped up from a computer to stare. Slowly the figured got up, dressed in the black and white uniform the rest of the workers had been. As she did, a blonde furred tail made itself visible as it swished behind her. She walked around the desk to the front and leaned against it lightly. The faintest of smirks was on her face. ”I half expected you to not show up at all. Internet friends, and all that." She opened with, amusement playing through her tone somewhat. Her head tilted to the side slightly and she looked the other woman over in a glance. The tail swished to the opposite side as her smirk grew just the slightest bit wider. ”Yet here you are. I hope you didn’t get to much grief from the guards. Precautions, and all that." Now that she was here though, the blonde before her was observing her closely. Gauging what sort of reaction the other was going to give her, now that things had been revealed. Mostly.

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Kelri had been in her guild for a few years now. She and another member had joined their Virtual Reality Massive Multiplayer Online game at the same time and the two, an unlikely pair, a curse specializing bard, and an assassin, had leveled, partied, and participated in raids together. She herself had felt a growing friendship with the person she had virtually known for years now. She was surprised, however, when the cat post (in-game mail system), had given her a mysterious address, with her assassin friend as the sender. It all was really quite mysterious. At first, she had checked in game, but no, this address was apparently for real life, in Dagos. She had tried whispering her friend on the messaging systems but had gotten no reply to her inquiries. Only that if she wished to come, she should. Obsidian. Kelri had to giggle a little. Apparently, there was a club in Dagos with the same name as her cat. She would shake her head as she approached. Why her assassin friend wanted to meet her here, the baker didn’t really know. Maybe it was a night of clubbing? As such, she had dressed somewhat… provocatively. She didn’t know who she was meeting, after all, it was best to give the greatest first impression she could. She pulled down the skirt just a little before she approached the club. Supposedly she was supposed to give her username that should be fine then. As she approached the door of the venue she would tilt her head in surprise. It seemed the owner had hired magi and a cyborg, that was already a plus in her book and the baker couldn’t help but grin at the idea. It seemed they weren’t afraid of being persecuted. That much was sure. Going up to the two, after waiting in the small-ish line, of course, there was no need to be rude after all, Kelri would smile, giving her username. Well, it seemed these two were surprised. The night just kept getting more and more interesting. Of course, Kelri was polite and pleasant as the escort began and continued throughout the club. There really was no need to be rude, just because of someone's race. Kelri smiled as the music began to sound in the club. It was addicting really, and she was glad she had worn her sneakers for dancing. She wasn’t going to pass up an opportunity to do so, especially when the atmosphere in Obsidian was this amazing. She would keep looking around as she was escorted to wherever she was being taken. This was all so fascinating after all. Kelri would offer no resistance as she was led up the stairs into a lounge sort of area. The thought did cross her mind that this place would be an excellent place to host a party after all, maybe her next brothers? He really did work too hard. She definitely appreciated the decorum and was more than willing to investigate after the meeting. Again, she was entirely complacent in the ushering of her forward. Though she did wonder how she was perceived to be so important by her virtual friend and guildie. The baker would only raise an eyebrow as she was led to a door marked employee’s only Kelri had to admit whomever her guildie was, was keeping her quite curious about the matter. Really what need was there for a weapon’s check when she was wearing a mini skirt and crop top? She was somewhat used to extra security though, and just waved it off. Apparently, her guildie was important. When she was finally allowed, Kelri would walk in the door that was in front of her with a bemused smirk on her face. Time to meet the mysterious assassin. Kelri’s eyes would snap directly to the individual that had summoned her. She could take in the scenery later. Her bemused smirk grew wider into a genuine smile as she did. Of course, her assassin friend was a magi. Oh, how she loved the power of virtual reality. “How could I refuse a real life invitation from my best guildmate?” She would look at the person in front of her and scoff playfully. “It’s almost like you don’t know me.” Grinning she would shrug before flipping the hair of her collected ponytail back around her shoulder. “Nothing I’m not used to, it really is a safety precaution after all.” She would leave it up to this assassin to determine how to interpret that. Grinning Kelri would lock eyes with this person and smirk, “If you really are Tricks, how many goblins did we kill on our first party mission?” The real tricks would know this would be a trick answer. In the game, Kel and Tricks had actually protected the goblins from the ogres that were invading their territory in their first party mission. She just wanted to make sure. Plus, if it was her, it would be fun to play a trick on the ultimate trickster.

[attr="class","jikan"] | [attr="class","achee"] [attr="class","castleonthehill"] ❝ The easy manner in which the brunette addressed her- a stark contrast to how most others reacted in the blonde's presence- was refreshing. The smirk was now clearly visible- something of a small miracle to be earned so quickly by anyone other than her sibling. "Kind of hard not to when you like chatting so much." Quipped the blonde dryly. One might even call it a teasing comment.
It was something of a relief that the brunette understood security measures. Though nothing really displayed itself across Clarisse's features but for the growing amusement at her guest's demeanor. It was impossible to eliminate all of the sharpness from those green eyes, but her gaze wasn't nearly as piercing as it could be when they locked eyes. There might have even been a flash of approval that flit through them. Although it was gone so fast it was hard to tell.
When Kelri issued out her little test a moment or two of silence ticked away. Then one fair eyebrow arched. "Unless someone," There was a pointed way to how she said it and looked at the other woman, "Had gotten our mission mixed up, I believe it was ogres we were fighting. Not goblins." The very fact the blonde was being tested helped her smirk stay visible. Clarisse tilted her head slightly to one side. "And we were up against twelve."
With that being said, the woman pushed herself away from the desk and actually approached her guildmate. Her pace was leisurely as she didn't stop but instead walked past the girl, tail trailing behind her gently. "Knowing my sister, she'll eventually figure out you're here and demand to know every little detail about you." Clarisse predicted with absolutely certainty. "So before that happens; I'm sure you'd like to see the place without being hurriedly escorted through to an office." As she reached the door her head turned back towards her- dare she say- friend. The smirk was amazingly still there. "Shall we?" The blonde offered.

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Kelri’s general bubbly attitude really was one in the same with everyone that she met. The lion magi in front of her was no different. At least she assumed this person claiming to be her guildmate was a lion magi. The hair certainly echoed a mane, and the tail looked lion-ish. She supposed that was too personal of a question to ask right off the bat, so she filed it away for later. “It’s not my fault that you always have my back in the game!” Of course, she would chat with her guildmate, that much should have been obvious to Tricks. “ Besides, I highly enjoy your virtual company. You always have the…” Kelri’s hands would make air quotes around her next words, “…dankest memes.” She smirked as she looked at her supposed guild mate. “At least that’s what the guild leader says.”Tricks would understand that she was joking, as she normally did in the game. This was just normal behavior for the woman. She didn’t so much mind the extra security. With who her family was, it really was something that she had become accustomed to. Plus, it was Dagos, the added security here was really quite a blessing. It meant that she would be safe and not have to use the emergency number. From how through the guards had been, she highly doubted that they had let anyone into the club armed. Kelri would do naught but raise an eyebrow as she waited for her supposed guild mate to reveal the answer to her question. She seemed to be thinking it over. When she finally was given an answer Kelri’s smirk would transform into an all-encompassing smile as she burst out laughing. “Oh, I didn’t forget, those bastards killed me multiple times before we partied up.” Grinning she tilted her head as she laughed. “Just wanted to play a little trick on the famous Tricks. All in good fun.” Smirking she nodded. “Gods, we were such noobs then. I even picked the name Sona because it reminded me of Sonata.” It was back when the MMO had first come out, everything was brand new and exciting. It was still exciting, but the thrill of it being new and having an entirely new world to discover had lent itself to the experience and class of the two veteran players. That was until the next patch came out. Kelri’s eyes would follow the woman as she walked towards her, and then past her. “Your sister?” Her head would tilt a little bit in confusion. Tricks hadn’t talked much about her family, only that they could sometimes be annoying. Kel hadn’t talked much about her family either, and now, she assumed that was a good thing “The more the merrier.” If this sister was a family member of Tricks, It could be assumed that Kel would immediately treat her as a family member as well. That was just how she rolled. “Awww a personal escort? You’re making me feel so important Tricks!” Smirking she would tease her friend and tilt her head. “Seriously though, this place looks amazing from the little I saw of it on the way up here.” She would smile and nod in reassurance. “Wait is this your office? That’s awesome!” She grinned at her friend, apparently, Tricks was pretty important in the real world! As the magi turned towards the door, Kelri would follow suit, walking pleasantly behind the woman, keeping her hands behind her back in a playful manner as they walked. “Of course darling, lead the way, you seem to know your way around and all.” Grinning she would walk so she was along side the lion magi. “What’s first on the tour?”

[attr="class","jikan"] | [attr="class","achee"] [attr="class","castleonthehill"] ❝ A heartbeat passed in silence. Then something amazing happened. The blonde began to chuckle. Tilting her head towards the floor, she slowly shook it while the sound of mirth left her. Truly this was a surprise to even the blonde. She'd always enjoyed the brunette's personality online, and thankfully she hadn't changed a bit in person. When Clarisse looked up it was with a larger smirk that even showed a flash of teeth for a moment. "Do they now? Guess I need to make sure it stays that way." The magi joked.
After that her smirk remained but settled down once more. It was still quite the feat she was keeping it for so long. Usually only Katreena or Maevia on occasion could make her hold the expression for extended periods. There was a gentle shrug of the woman's shoulders. "You saw an opportunity and took it. Honestly I'm surprised someone else hadn't taken that name already. Though I'm not so stunned that you of all people would use it." That definitely came out as a tease for the other woman. They'd both gotten fairly lucky when it came to name selection; at the very beginning most of the no-numbered names were still available. It was always a wonderful feeling to be able to take exactly the name you wanted.
"My sister." The blonde confirmed while she moved. "And she definitely will be merry once she finds us. You might like her, actually." Clarisse acknowledged with a shrug of her shoulders before opening the door for them both. The guards on the outside, as both had remained where they were when Kelri entered, nodded towards Clarisse upon exiting. Clarisse gave them a short nod in response before turning her attention back to her guest. That faint smirk came back swiftly.
"Since we're on the floor, showing you the Lounge would make the most sense." She led the way through the halls back out to the public space once again. There was a good amount of people already spread out amongst the various tables and seats provided by the second floor. Clarisse began leisurely making her way through it, talking with Kelri while she did.
"The second floor is our main bar area. You can find one downstairs, but the one up here has a much better stock." With a gesture she pointed across the room to the long bar situated against one wall. The shelves of alcohol spanning the back wall behind the counter was filled to the brim with bottles. A few bartenders worked it, and a number of customers were there getting drinks. "Once you get a drink you're free to find a seat, relax, chat, or watch one of the televisions." This time she gestured towards one of the seating "pits," as Katreena like to call them, that they passed by. It was a lower area in the lounge containing seats arranged circularly, a fire pit in the center, and a tv screen off to the side.
After walking around with Kelri for a bit to show her the majority of the Lounge floor, answering any questions she might have, the blonde turned towards her friend. "There's the third floor and the ground floor left. As you probably saw when you came in; downstairs is where the dancefloor is. Upstairs we have an open air patio with more seating, another bar, and a small grill for customers to order food off of. Sometimes people rent it out for parties. Otherwise it's open to the public." Here Clarisse looked at the brunette and arched a brow. her lips curled upwards minutely. "You get to decide where we go next."

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | The baker would grin as she watched her online friend laugh. Good. She had made at least a little use of herself in this situation. She was glad that she could trust the other woman and did so easily, without any strings attached. It was more than enough for her to want to have Clarisse as a friend let alone a guild member. “Well of course, you can’t lose your majestic title after all.” Smirking the woman stuck out her tongue at the other woman in jest. “At least there is a positive connotation with it, unlike some of the trolls that tried to join when we reached level 20 guild ranking.” Tricks knew the trolls that were just toxic, and she knew that her guild wouldn’t take them. Only people who were lost and friendly and honestly genuine. She didn’t really care what other’s thought of her but she wouldn’t let anyone badmouth Trick or the guild. Both were family to the felician human. Kelri would nod at the smirking magi, and smirk in response. “I never said I was smart. Only lucky.” Grinning she shrugged. “Lucky to have met you of course.” Would be the response to the unasked question that Kelri just knew the lion magi was dying to ask. “I like curses!” She smirked and tilted her head. “At least in the MMORPG world that is.” Real magic was scary stuff and she still didn’t quite know how to understand it. “Besides, why would an assassin be named Trick?” She smirked. “What trick were you really trying to pull?” The teasing tone would echo that of the other woman’s. “A sister!” Would be the exclamation that the baker would give. She didn’t know that her favorite assassin had family. Well this trip was proving to be more useful than not. Especially if she could learn more information about her friend. “Any family of yours is family of mine,” would be the words said with a giggle. Kelri smiled as she waved at the guards that were stationed outside the door. The one of them was quite handsome after all and they would be left with a wink from the baker as she was led past to the floor y her guildie. Kelri would follow the lion magi dutifully as she was led through the second floor of the club, in the lounge area. Overall it really was very nice club, the aesthetics of the building were very apparent, a cool dark feel, yet still with life. Much like the stone and gem it was named after. There was a reason her fat cat was named Obsidian as well. “Sounds good, wherever you lead I will follow my dear. “ Tricks would know that Sona and in extension Kelri would follow her into the deepest of dungeons. True family they were. Being in a guild was just like that. Nodding Kelri’s eyes followed the gestures that the lion magi was making. “Good to know” Smirking she glanced over at the second bar and raised an eyebrow. “What drink would you recommend? Based on Sona, I mean?” She smirked and wondered how the woman would answer given her online personality and her real life one. “Then do me.” Kelri really was having fun with this tour. “Oh the pits sound like fabulous make out spots.” She tilted her head looking over at them. Secluded but still well enough seen to make it a little sexy. “Be honest Tricks, you ever have any ‘fun’ with any dancers up here?” The baker’s eyebrows would wiggle at her virtual friend. “Or do you reserve that for your office?” Would be the smirking statement that would follow. Kelri considered her options here. On one hand, she definitely wanted to see the dance moves of the lion magi in front of her. On the other hand she wanted to get to know the woman better as well. Tricks was someone who Kelri knew only through her MMORPG, but she wanted to get to know her in real life too. “Why don’t we go upstairs? I bet the view from the top is amazing.” Plus it would give them a better place to talk. “I get to check out the quality of food here.” Smirking she shrugged, “It better be as good as the chef you are in game,” was said as Kelri let out a giggle. “After that,” The baker paused, eyeing the lion magi with a mischievous gaze, “… after that we go dancing.” Kelri wasn’t taking no for an answer and Tricks knew how stubborn that Sona could be. The pair had once stayed up for three days straight to get the tri-level gear from the boss. Oh tricks knew.

[attr="class","jikan"] | [attr="class","achee"] [attr="class","castleonthehill"] ❝ Even Clarisse gave a brief roll of her eyes remembering that particular string of incidents. ”Unfortunately they seem to breed like rabbits, so I doubt we’ll ever see the end of them. Though it is fun giving them a taste of their own medicine." The blonde mused with a hint of a gleam in her eyes. Oh yes, Trick liked to play tricks. Especially on the trolls that had been particularly annoying to their guild. All was fair on the internet, of course.
”You do like curses." The magi acknowledged drily. It had always been a mystery to the blonde as to why, but the other woman was very good with her build so Clarisse wouldn’t complain. Though she would smile at the teasing question pointed her way. ”Maybe one day you’ll find out." In any other setting with any other person, a sentence like that from Clarisse might be more threatening than anything. As it were with Kelri, it was only a cryptic tease thrown back at the other woman.
Again Clarisse chuckled slightly, shaking her head as they walked out towards the Lounge. ”Believe me; you won’t have a choice in the matter." Commented the blonde with a dry tone. ”I have a strong feeling you and my sister will get along just fine." Probably more than just fine. In the blonde’s eye, they already seemed uncannily similar in some ways. And it was only a matter of time before Kat found her and pinned them both down for questions and answers.
Before that happened Clarisse would show Kelri around. Eventually they stopped near one of the pits as Clarisse leaned against a railing. For a few moments she regarded the other in silence. A calculating, thoughtful look playing subtly across her face. ”…I’d pick a John Collins for Sona. But as for you, well…I suppose I’ll just have to get to know you better before making my decision." She answered with a faint smirk. She already had an idea, but she wasn’t about to say it just yet. Even when Kelri asked a very Kat-like question. Which earned a deep, rumbling chuckle from the magi. Her expression was unreadable, but something flickered behind those green eyes as she spoke: ”No. Besides, I don’t think any of them would be up for my kind of ‘fun.’" She left it at that- whatever the brunette took from the answer was her business.
As Kelri pondered Clarisse waited patiently for her answer. Eventually she did get it, along with more teasing and something of a command. Because oh yes, she knew Sona well enough that dancing was going to happen. One way or another. Fortunately enough for her, the magi only smirked once more. ”Alright. If you think you can keep up." With that little, perhaps challenging taunt thrown her guildie’s way, the lion magi straightened herself out and once again led the brunette away. This time up a flight of stairs than eventually took them outside onto the roof area. It was yet another lounge- the private one. Although today it was open to the general crowd. it was open air with large glass railings providing a view of the surrounding city skyline yet also keep any guests from falling off. Seating was scattered about in groups in the form of plush chairs, couches, or benches with either tables or more fire-pits in the center of the groups. Near the center was a large bar area were a number of people already there were flocking towards.
”This is our second lounge, and our more private one. Sometimes we rent it out for certain groups to use, otherwise it’s open to the general public." Clarisse informed her as she walked across the rooftop. ”You can order drinks up here that come from the main lounge. The only place you can’t get our full selection from is on the dance floor. This is the only level you can order food on, however." Clarisse turned her head back towards Kelri for a moment. ”If you’d like to take a look, we can get a menu." Otherwise Clarisse was content to head over towards the glass barriers and look out over the city. Obsidian was a pretty tall building, so it actually got a decent view looking out over Dagos. Plus a nice look at the night sky, even if the city lights blotted out the stars. ”Other than the setting and a few design choices, it’s pretty similar to the main lounge downstairs." She added, staring out and down into the city with her arms crossed and tail gently swaying from side-to-side behind her.

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Kelri would giggle as her friend took her stance on the breeding rights of that particular monster. “They do seem to be never-ending, but is that the coding, or just the game life.” She would tilt her head and smirk . “Maybe the game just needs to do another promo, get all those newbies into the game to execute em.” Kelri would always promo her game, especially to anyone who seemed like they would have fun with it. Trolls needed to be taught a lesson after all. Kel’s smirk would turn into a grin as she would gaze upon the other woman. “Curses are fun, they take and break those who try to hurt me and my own.” Tricks knew that Sona was a fierce protector of her guild and her family. That much was evident by the now flexing baker, showing off her supposed strength that in real life was essentially nonexistent. “D’awwwwwww But you should tell me nooooow.” In no way did Kelri take that as a threat, it was more of a ‘hey, tricks I’m gonna annoy you until you tell me’ kind of attitude the baker was adopting in this particular scenario. Teasing would follow, as was the normal social behaviors between the two of them. Kelri would just tilt her head at the mention of the family. She wasn’t going to push it further, mainly because she had already been reassured everything would work out in the end. Kelri shrugged as she watched the lion magi in front of her. She trusted Tricks, and if Tricks, said that they would get along she figured that they would. “I hope so, I wouldn’t want to disappoint you.” Smiling she would poke at her cheek and then point to Trick, “I mean, I could probably embarrass you, but that is the normal right?” She wondered how Tricks hadn’t ditched her already. The baker knew how to make a nuisance of herself. Kelri would watch as the woman in front of her leaned against the railing. Positioning herself in front of the Lion Magi, she would keep her hands intertwined behind her back and rock back and forth on her heels. Trick seemed to be thinking it over, and Kelri would wait for an answer before speaking. A John Collins eh? It was a strong Drink and Kelri could respect that. “Interesting Choice there.” Her eyes twinkled as she discussed booze with this Lion magi on this Starry night, “I would have thought you would have picked something fruity.” She would stifle a chuckle and look out across the wide array of people having the time of their lives below. “I look forward to you figuring out my drink then.”Well, that was positively disappointing. Kelri had a feeling that there were many a dancer who would have liked to accompany the lion magi up to her office or one of the pits, but from the blank answer, she had a feeling that the magi was the one turning people down. “Their loss then, any type of fun with you is worth it.” There was that natural flirt that was Kelri. A wink and a smirk and the young woman would be walking towards the lion magi positioned at the rails, and resting her back on them. Turning her head to continue the conversation she would smirk. “Though, I doubt any of them would be as much fun as me.” Grinning she would stick her tongue out at the magi. “Fun can be a variety of things, from make-out sessions, to dance parties, from VRMMORPG to real life meetups, fun is a tricky thing to pin down.” The baker would look back out over the dancefloor, “Though doing the pinning and being pinned is fun. Tell me darling, which do you like more?” Nothing was too personal for the tiny baker. “Oh honey, you know it.” The baker would wink at the lion magi and smirk. There would be no way that dancing wasn’t going to happen tonight if she had anything to say about it and she most certainly had something to say about it. She would get her friend to loosen up in that way at the very minimum. Hopefully, she could get her to loosen her lips as well, really get to know her. Though the baker wouldn’t object to other things loosening, she thought it best to keep that to herself for now. She didn’t want to scare Tricks off now that they were finally meeting in person. That just wasn’t a good idea, even if the baker was naturally flirty. Kelri would follow the lion magi up another set of stairs and out onto the private deck that was the glass-encased rooftop. It really was incredible. From the view to the taste of the air, this place was somewhere that Kelri knew would draw in business and revenue for her Lion Magi friend. It was odd that a magi was able to open and operate a nightclub, but it wasn’t the oddest thing in Dagos by far, and kelri wasn’t complaining. Especially not with this view. “The city skyline is beautiful from up here.” Kelri would push back a strand of her hair as they entered the highest area of the building. At Trick’s explanation, Kelri would nod towards her, her eyes following the descriptions being said. As much as the food smelled good, she wasn’t going to eat before dancing, that wasn’t a good idea and she also knew that they would definitely be dancing for a while. So instead she would follow her friend over to the glass edge and look at her. “Obsidian sure is a sight to behold.” She would grin before turning to face her friend. “Though I like this view better.” Smirking she would gesture towards the Lion Magi up and down. “It certainly does it’s mistress justice.” The baker's tone would be kept flirty and light as she observed her magi friend. After a brief moment of silence, and a look out over the city Kelri would smile and motion towards herself. "So, am I everything you imagined, wanted, and dreamed?" A giggle would follow, and the tone was light, but if Clarisse was paying attention there was a hint of worry in Kelri's voice. She wanted her friend to like her in real life, VRMMORPG's weren't the same thing as seeing, talking, and interacting with a person , well, in person. It didn't really matter how long the two had known each other, Kelri wanted to make sure she wasn't going to lose a friend, because of who she was in real life, and not as Sona. She cared what Trick thought.

[attr="class","jikan"] | [attr="class","achee"] [attr="class","castleonthehill"] ❝ Yes Clarisse was very well aware of how defensive the “bard” was of their little guild family. Which was good all things considered. They were a team after all, and a team ought to help one another. Most of the others were fine, but this particular girl had been one of the few the magi found herself actually liking.
Hence the reason she was here now.
Though it was amusing to see how similar bard and player were. ”Now where’s the fun in that?" Clarisse responded with a chuckle. She could tease back, though no amount of questioning was going to get an answer from her. Not now at least.
Disappoint her? A green gaze turned towards the woman near her. So far the girl had been doing the exact opposite. Especially with familiar comments like that. ”Well so far my sister still reigns supreme in that regard. Although it’s not so much managing to embarrass me as it is ‘attempting’ to." Most of the time the other Diacha simply made a fool of herself more than anything. Which was entertaining in it’s own way for the more stoic sibling.
Clarisse merely shrugged at the minor surprise her companion showed with her choice. It felt fitting. ”Picking something fruity would be too predictable. And not quite fitting for someone who likes curses so much." The magi replied. Then a smirk graced her lips again. ”Besides, I think someone like Sona would need a stronger drink." Now as for the real Sona, Clarisse was still working on figuring that out.
Though the longer they talked, the more the blonde had a feeling she knew. An eyebrow arched at the blatant flirting from the brunette. And the question on top of that.
Silence ruled for a while. Meanwhile, during that time green eyes stared unerringly at the grinning baker. Then a slightly darker look came into them as a vaguely wicked little smile appeared. ”From the way your questions have been going," A blonde tail lightly swished behind her, ”It almost sounds like you’d rather find out than have me tell you." Two could play at this game.
Though before much else could be said about her comment, they were moving on to the upper floor. This was probably the blonde’s favorite spot, barring the dance floor. Especially when the balcony was empty of costumers. Although that meant less money, the magi was more than happy to steal some quiet moments. The present company was good though, so the blonde wasn’t too miffed by it.
Smirking at the brunette’s continued flirtations, they stood together in relative silence for a while. The fact it nearly felt comfortable spoke volumes for the fair haired one. It wasn’t a common occurrence. Then again, “Sona” wasn’t really common either, was she?
”Everything I imagined, wanted, and dreamed?" The magi repeated, looking over at her companion. Oh yes, she spotted that worry. You didn’t get where the blonde was without learning how to read people. Particularly one so familiar, even if this was the first time they’d “officially” met in person.
Taking her time to look Kelri over, Clarisse would eventually meet her eyes. There was a pause before the lion magi smiled. Small, but suspiciously genuine looking. ”Yes." She answered simply. ”Though there may have been a few details here and there that were off, I can’t say I’m disappointed." Far from it. ”And what about me then?

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Hey, Kelri couldn’t help being defensive of their guild, She had been friends with most of them for years, and she wasn’t about to stop now. Besides, it was more fun getting them out of trouble, than getting into her own trouble. Bard’s ruled. No one would be able to convince Kel of anything less. Awww. Kelri knew from some of her other friends when she wasn’t going to get an answer out of people. This was one of those times with Tricks apparently. Instead of pushing it she would just smile and nod. “I’ll get an answer out of you eventually.” Cue the totally evil cackle that would dissolve into Kel’s normal giggle and happy bubbly self. Kel would give a fake sigh, and smirk, pretending to look upset. “Well it’s just not fair, she has known you longer! Besides, she also is like, related by blood, and apparently owns this club with you. Apparently.” Oh, this was too hard to keep up. Her face would turn into a normal smile. “At least I get the attempt to try.” Was she just a smidge jealous of this mysterious sister? Maybe. Would she let that on for her friend? Hell nope. Instead, she would continue to be herself, as she was led around on this tour. Kelri would grin at the reasoning that Clarisse came up with in the quest to describe a drink for her persona in the game. It was actually quite interesting and she smirked, “You do know how I like my curses.” They could definitely be fun, that much was certain, and having competed against one another in many a pvp match, Tricks would know just how effective her curses could be. Okay, it wasn’t that bad. The baker sometimes had game, and she knew that Clarisse would probably know she was mostly joking anyway. It was fun to flirt, especially if Kel knew nothing would come of it. Kelri grinned as she felt she had achieved some sort of victory over the other woman. Stunned her into silence or something? Kelri honest to the god of debauchery felt like there was some sort of personal achievement here, and she basked in the thought that she might have actually one-upped her friend. This was a rare enough occasion in game, for her to have a chance to have done it in person? Wow. Her guild leader would laugh, that was certain. Oh, the stories she would be telling. Or maybe if the cat magi in front of her continued to play this game, there wouldn’t be stories to tell. Smirking she tilted her head and placed her hands on her hips. “Well, I would have to see you dance first. I can’t just go have sex with people who don’t know how to move.” Smirking she continued her thought process, “Besides, I’m always up for a new challenge. I’m curious how sensitive those ears are, and I would love to find out. One way or another.” The baker would move her hair out of the way as she glanced over at her friend. “Are you really as flexible as Tricks Clarisse? I’m dying to find out.” There was that playful glimmer in her eyes, a fun sort of humor with only a smidge of seriousness. If Clarisse wanted to peruse this path, well Kel was open to it. Tricks would probably back out anyway, so why shouldn’t the both of them have some fun with the flirting before it got to be too much? Tonight was supposed to be fun, and Kel would make sure it ended up that way. As they made their way to the top floor Kelri would continue to admire both the club and her hostess that was in front of her, leading the way. It was most certainly a beautiful sight, and the complacent smile on the baker’s face would be a sure indication of her silent happiness in this moment. Kel would smile as she waited a response, a sort of smile that was happy, but nervous at the same time. She had nothing to hide from her friend, but she didn’t want to disappoint her. That much was certain. She was running a little low on friends at the moment, Embry had gone off to foreign countries, Diya had returned home, to be honest, the baker was only a tiny bit lonely. She didn’t want to scare away someone whom she had come to consider family online, by meeting them in an offline setting. Upon seeing the smile of the magi Kelri would smile back. It seemed genuine enough, and if Tricks was anything, she was blunt. She knew that the woman was not keen to say more than was necessary. Even if Kelri would literally dance around her to get her attention in the game. It was fun to see Sona move like that around the stoic guildmate, and Kelri had a feeling that this was how it just might turn out if they actually did get to dancing. “You are more than anything I could have imagined. I appreciate that you aren’t an old man who scammed me.” Grinning she would chuckle before looking over at her friend. “Didn’t think you would be this beautiful though.” There came the smirk back to the baker’s face.

[attr="class","jikan"] | [attr="class","achee"] [attr="class","castleonthehill"] ❝ Clarisse just smiled and smirked, amused thoroughly at most of what her dear “Sona” was saying. This was the one she’d been so entertained by online. Looks like things weren’t much different in person. Albeit with a little more weight to the flirts now that they were eye to eye.
And flirts aplenty there were.
A blonde brow arched at the term. Challenge. How hilariously ironic. Those mysteriously sensitive ears of the blonde’s flicked just like her tail as the woman stared at her guest. The wickedness in her smile only seemed to grow stronger. With a little something extra lurking at the corners. ”We’ll just have to see, won’t we? One way or another." Parroted the blonde, using the brunette’s own words in return with a hint of a purr. With that Clarisse pushed away from the rail, and they were off.
As luck would have it, things on the roof were just as entertaining as they had been in the lounge. Albeit with a tad more serious a topic than playful. Fortunately neither woman seemed disappointed with each other, earning Kelri a slightly larger smile. Which promptly transformed into a smirk.
”Maybe it’s just a very convincing disguise. I do like playing tricks after all." The blonde shot back. However, blonde furred ears suddenly swiveled as the Diacha caught wind of a familiar approach.
One that announced its presence with the abruptness of a flash bang.
”So this is the guildie I’ve heard so much about!" A voice said. Its owner, a tan skinned brunette with dark yet matching feline attributes, suddenly appeared beside Kelri. This newcomer wore a similar, though more stylized, version of the uniform Clarisse and the other workers wore. With keen blue eyes the brunette circled their guest in a quick tight little circle, dark tail swishing and curling behind her. It was quite like a large cat circling its prey. And when the girl finally stopped before Kelri, wide grin displaying sharp canines, it seemed a little closer to reality than metaphor.
”Well well! It’s good to know all internet friend stereotypes aren’t true! You certainly don’t look like some 30-year-old man stuck inside his mother’s basement." The girl snickered, and green eyes behind her gave a minute roll.
”I’d like you to meet my sister, considering she’ll introduce herself regardless." The blonde stated dryly.
The darker Diacha pouted at that, shooting a blue-eyed look back at her sibling. ”Awww c’mon Claire. Can you blame me for wanting to meet your friends? Especially one so cute!" The gaze returned to Kelri and gaze her a once over, though the woman was still fairly close. ”I love your outfit. You look ready to dance and I’m lovin' it."

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Kelri knew who she was, both offline and on. In fact, she honestly was a little more outgoing and confident online than she was offline. Maybe it was how she was raised, but in her vrmmorpg, it was something she felt comfortable with. She could be herself, and not have to worry about appearances or social standings. Online she could be Sona, a badass bard who could curse you from a mile away with no problems. Kelri liked who she was online, and apparently, it was filtering through her speech as she talked to Trick. She was flirting just a bit heavily wasn’t she? Well, it wasn’t a problem for her. Kelri knew that Tricks would tell her to stop if she was bothering her. At least the online version would. She didn’t know about the offline version yet, but it wouldn’t surprise her in the slightest. The baker had a feeling that Trick could stand up for herself. She also thought Trick was up for her challenges. She didn’t say no outright, so that was a step forward, right? Besides, the banter between the two was sure to be fun. Either way, she would grin and nod at the woman as she pushed off the railing. As Kelri followed the woman with her eyes, she would smirk before adding to the conversation; “You do realize that if I have to tackle you to tug on your ear’s I’m willing too.” There was that wicked smile, echoed in the baker’s face. This didn’t have to be sexual, but wrestling could lead to fun times regardless. It would be just like a duel in PVP mode. With that same wild smirk, she would follow the woman to wherever she would lead her. At the mention of a disguise, Kelri would shake her head, “I know real hips when I see them. Those are all natural.” Smirking she would grin towards the lion magi and shrug, “Besides, we both know you would have shown up in official gear if you were disguising yourself.” Kelri knew of Trick’s collection when it came to the cash shop in and out of game. She highly encouraged it in fact, as it meant she got more presents. Like the lighting scale cloak. That had been fun to attain for the two of them, and with the purchase from the cash shop, it was able to be turned into a glamour. Kelri would note the ear’s perking up and raise an eyebrow. Something had caught her guildie’s attention. She would turn as she heard an unfamiliar voice and look towards the woman that would approach. Ah, it seemed to be another magi, again of feline aspects. That was fine by Kelri, if she was talking so nonchalantly with Tricks, it must be someone that she trusted. When she began to be circled Kelri would offer a formal bow to the woman. “Well hello to you too, do you also play?” The baker would tilt her head curiously, wondering what connection Tricks had to this magi. Ah, there it was. Kel would grin as she took her time giving an up and down to the other magi that had just joined them. So this was the infamous sister that would bother Trick on raid night. Oh, how she had relished this day. Smirking she would tilt her head and cross her arms; “Good to know you don’t spend all your time in your bunny pajamas then.” Did she have years of blackmail on the darker feline? Maybe. Tricks might have left her Voice chat on during some raid nights. “Have you taken care of that rash yet? I bought some lotion for you for it.” Smirking she would turn and rummage through her bag before handing over a small bottle of calming and moisturizing lotion, obviously of the best quality around, and obviously very expensive, but Kelri was out to make a point. “Trust me, a few dabs of this and that pesky rash will go right away, plus your skin will be smooth as honey. At least that’s what grandmother says.” Grinning she held out the container and turned towards Clarisse. “I should hope I’m not a middle-aged man. Is that what you’ve been telling people Tricks?” Her tone had taken a teasing tone, but there was no ill intent behind it. Tuning back to the other magi Kelri would smile. “It’s nice to finally meet you as well. And yes, I was just trying to convince your sister to come dance with me. I’m curious if she’s as flexible in real life as she is in-game.” Grinning she would turn and walk towards Trick’s sister and lean in to whisper in her ear; “It’s fun to tease her, and make her uncomfortable. Besides, this makes up for all the raid nights where she has had to bail.” Grinning she would pat the other Diacha on the head before turning back to Trick, “Well, are we gonna dance or not?”
