Basic Description Bailey is essentially a skirt-chasing cowgirl who doesn't feel a lick of shame for her actions, nor the need to stay tied down to one particular place or person.
So it's safe to say Bailey is an outrageous flirt who doesn't care too much as to who she's going after. With her thick southern drawl, she loves to lay on the charm to everyone she meets. That isn't to say she's only good for a bit of shirtless wrestling. Overall Bailey's a genuinely kind person. Her approach to everything comes with a calm, laid-back demeanor. She doesn't get ruffled quite so easily, and she's got a healthy amount of patience. People she's sweet on she treats with a great deal of kindness and loyalty; she's always willing to go that extra mile for a friend in need. Probably while making a few teasing jabs here and there along the way. Still, once she cares for someone they're as good as family.
Although there's some pitfalls, as there always are with people. To people who don't know her well, Bailey almost never seems to take anything seriously. It can sometimes rub people the wrong way, including her employers. Her flirting can also irk some people, depending. She knows how to switch it off when someone's not interested, but that usually means she likes to get her entertainment in other ways. However, she takes her job pretty professionally (if acting a bit casually on the surface) and does a damn fine job 99% of the time. The few times she's ever gotten dead serious were actually quite frightening. She's already a pretty dangerous dead-shot, and she isn't afraid to add a few more notches on her belt.

Interested in an on-again, off-again relationship with Orion? I know we have one thread going, but I see a lot of potential for plots between these two.

I could see Bailey loving to play around (and probably just in general hang out with) Orion as a friends-with-benefits type of situation, but Bailey usually refrains from getting into something too serious like a dedicated/defined relationship (if that makes sense for you). If you're meaning the two would tango whenever, than Bailey'd for sure be up for that. And hell she can turn around and act as his wingwoman if he spots anyone else he likes. She's just all around helpful, ain't she?
I can definitely see plots for the two though. Who knows what the future may hold?

So I have two options I want to run by you.
I would curious to how casual interactions, even aquintances between Enrico and Bailey. Both fairly forward in their flirtations and quick with the gun. Enrico being fairly famous for pushing the boundaries of what's acceptable of a detective for certain would certiantly fit him being in cohoots with an equally famous mercenary.
But then I had an more intimate idea--
Spolier Alert Son!
Enrico's last big case, he was following the trail of what appeared to be a cooperate scandal collaborating with criminal gangs and the black market of Dagos. Eliminating competition, stealing secrets, patented works being sabotaged, etc. While not completely unheard of, as Enrico was given a major lead, it turned out to be a set up, in which not only he tussled with gang members, but trained mercenaries—well beyond the pay grade of a run in the mill gang leader. Despite whatever skill he could muster, not only did he, for all sakes and purposes, did not survive the encounter unscathed—the resulting conflict left a magi child dead, which he was blamed for, blasted on news outlets, and lead to more riots along with civil unrest. And thats on top of his body being so massively damaged, riddled with shot that he woke up with a few mechanical upgrades to keep him going.
I'm curious to your thoughts of Bailey being one of those mercenaries? Perhaps they were kept in the dark of what the job was supposed to be? Mislead that they just needed to wait for a lone gunman to show up, escort the magi child to a spot, then get paid. Maybe their was a change of heart and that's why the conflict exploded in the first place, surrounded by those more focused on getting paid than having conscious that they didn't care who got hurt and even were prepared to turn on Bailey as well.
Worst yet, perhaps now that the same people who conspired against Enrico are now Bailey's enemies as well, having no intentions of -anyone- surviving that encounter to roll up all loose ends?
I'm just spitballing concepts as I flesh this narrative together but tell me what you think if any or none of these options work for you.
