Personality overall
You don't just live in Dagos, Dagos lives in 'you': As many would say about any youth, the punk kids growing up in a city known to look at opportunity the same way a wolf preys the hare. Enrico is no different, being a quick witted, sometimes rough talking, and perplexingly forlorn character. Where in a world already littered with strife that it takes a particular hardiness to be perpetually unfazed by conflict.
Thus its easily to assume that Enrico perhaps prides himself on how frustrating he can be to others, given his track record of stubbornness and unpredictability. A concrete example of someone who's too brilliant for their own good, Enrico tends to live carefree, lackadaisical, and seemingly without an awareness of consequence – often manifested through his religious pursuits of wine, women, and song. His motivations outwardly appear really to extend beyond the moment, myriad in petty controversy, leaving many of his peers wary, if not outright irritable.
Yet its perhaps that illustrated aloofness that makes Enrico a startling character. For it's that same stubbornness and absence of recognizing the limits of consequence that makes him so fearsome when pursuing his goals. His own moral code of 'good' trumps over any law or invisible tape, thus married with his own intelligence, catches many by surprise to the creative lengths he's known to go to bring justice or simply pursue his own ends. He's a relentless, frighteningly brilliant go-getter, presuming he gets past the initial wave of lethargy.
He has a particular fondness of classics. Gas cars, antique guns, clothing, and jazz music.

[PTab=APPEARANCE]
Dope As Me
appearance
Enrico is a six foot, blonde hair, blue eyed, lanky stud of deliberately cut masculinity. And while a great portion of his physique still retains his human origins, the engineers exercised their sense of vanity to ensuring that the body that Enrico holds now would not only be functional, but aesthetically timeless. Still, despite expert care to preserve his humanity, as with any marriage of man and machine, the imitator's vision is often marred. Perhaps its the eyes that appear -too- brilliant. Or the hair a touch too blonde, characteristics that ruffle the senses of the untrained observer and are all too tell-tale to the keen eye.
In times of combat, he often displays two horn shaped head mounted cybernetic implants he jokingly calls “AM” and “FM” though their purpose is geared towards maintaining his sense of proprioception, which often gets distorted with bionic parts. They are retractable, if to help him continue to pass as a youthful human. Both of his legs have been replaced with a prosthetic, his entire right arm, and left hand from the wrist down have also been refitted with mechanical upgrades. And while the cybernetics were performed to save Enrico's life, the reckless cop has been exploring what other possibilities to push the envelope of his already controversial and abrasive method of police work.
Fashion
“I don't want my best dressed day in a casket.”
Enrico often sports suits, ties, button ups and a variety of fashion pieces that seem to fit him more in the time of many generations past than the one he lives in now and yet he, given some of the aloofness in his personality mixes from wearing it with the distinction of a gentleman or like the kid who just hopped out of bed. Regardless, he remains at least recognizable for simplicity in a world where the abnormal is king, rarely in anything so stark or flamboyant in the modern era that he would grab attention.
Underneath his jackets Enrico has an ensemble of holsters for the several firearms he keeps on his person, well beyond the standard issue that any run in the mill officer would need. It is not uncommon for him to carry two or more side arms and ammunition—regardless of his own proficiency to use them effectively.

biography
His was a shot that was heard across the world.
The oldest of four, Enrico or “Rico” as he was called grew up in the city that blurred “survival” with “success” and quickly adopted to the ruthlessness of downtown Dagos beyond the glow of lights and casino anthems. His mother, a bartender at one of the many illustrious nightclubs that littered the city streets tried to juggle her own selfishness with the sudden responsibilities of being an unexpected parent, eventually introducing her son at an early age to the harshness of hard living and the lows that a person could go to keep living. Multiple relationships and migrations from home to home, Enrico adapted quick, especially in the presence of his growing family through younger siblings and became a protective shepherd for them.
Come Enrico's early teens, eventually some stability settled in their household as Enrico's mother married to an already distinguished businessman and owner of several of Dagos casinos, moving them out of the hostile slums to another sort of underbelly, the privileged life of Dagos' elite. Another byproduct of the opportunistic viciousness of the city, Enrico's step-father demonstrated that being on top was not merited through weakness or even legitimacy, and that trading a conscious for wealth was just business as usual.
Despite his now elevated life, Enrico chose to pursue civic duty instead and applied to the police academy at eighteen. His motivations for doing so are frequently laced with suspicion, some even saying it was to have someone on the inside to protect his family's growing interests over the city. Regardless of the claims Enrico proved exceptional, graduating at twenty-two and rising through the ranks of his assigned prescient at a rate that even caught the interests of special investigations of the nation of Ethea.
And then the magi strife escalated.
After six solid years of police work and waist deep in an investigation about the treatment of Magi in the relocation camps and relations to criminal enterprises, Enrico ignored the repeated discouragement of pursing this case until it lead him to tragedy. Hellbent on finding the truth Enrico was guided into an encounter that was forced to turn violent. A botched lead turned into a set up, setting gasoline on the already volatile climate with Magi and other citizens. Despite Enrico being gravely injured from the brawl, the media headlines only helped push the narrative that a cop had killed another Magi.
While family ties afforded him the new enhancements done to his body to save his life, what truly kept him to the world was an all too stubborn refusal to let go from pursuing the truth. Knowing that he was set up, the vicious campaign set up by an ever aggressive media, and the seemingly major political bureaucrats at play, Enrico was prepared get back on the force to end this conspiracy once and for all.
Until a sudden, seemingly overnight re-location to Felici city.
His story resumes there...

So Fresh
Default Skills
-UNARMED COMBAT I (STARTER)
You know the basics and can hold your own in a street fight.
Sometimes in Dagos, you don't get to choose how you say “hello” but if you want to be able to say “goodbye” you better know how to hold your own. Enrico has had his share of knuckle dust-ups to keep his own. Additional training at the police academy helped polish that technique.
- FIREARM I(STARTER): Can accomplish fundamental and basic feats with firearm weapons.
Wallet, Phone, Keys, Gun. You don't step out of the house without the pat down and Enrico is no different. All police officers gain formal training with firearms, though it helps when you've already had experience to bring to the table. While Enrico keeps on him two .45 handguns, his profiency at the moment is best when focused with one weapon at a time.
- RECHARGE UPGRADE: The amount of time needed to recharge does not have to be the rough estimate of time needed for humans to sleep (≈ 8 hours per 24 hours). A three to four hours will suffice. Enrico family pitched into some unsavory markets to make sure he was in top shape. And his family knows, you can't get a leg up on the competiton taking powernaps on the job.
