On one of his trips to the city of Dagos. Grey had decided to stop by the temple... Remembering the older days when the temple of Arithelia was in better condition he sighed. So much hatred... It made the human race repugnant... However anything can be cleansed and redeemed. Grabbing a dusty glass cup he dips a cup into a puddle purifying the waters until clean. Setting it in front of the dresses statue of the goddess... Placing the few flowers he could find into the water... As something kept knawing at him.
He already knew when he stood up... He would be staying here longer than he originally intended. Walking over to find the janitorial supplies they probably kept to clean the other temples he began scrubbing and doing his best to restore the temple to its former glory... It would be hard work, but as small it was... It would be a step in the right direction...
Whether he succeeds or fails in his goals... He hopes this place will still stand as a reminder for those who have remained.... Life is fleeting and yet no one... No one understands they choose to have and kill those they should call brothers.... No one would listen... And he would have to kill... Especially those of the hunters and runics... He already knew enough about each of them to know they were toxic elements to the goddess... But people seem to ignore it for the convience and control they have over it. No matter... Time to go really clean... He thought as he began to focus on removing the graffiti from the statue.

Aeon, had come to Dagos out of boredom mostly. Since it was less of a uptight city than Felici he had thought there would be plenty to do for young hunter like him, but as expected people would prefer to hire experienced hunters over someone like him, he really didn't feel like trying to tackle anything on his own after being rejected as much. In short, he was moody and frustrated. His wandering through the city had somehow taken him to the temple area. Maybe he should stop by Kalidas temple to offer a prayer to the hunting god, maybe things would get better after that. The only problem was that he didn't know his way around this area at all, somehow he had wandered all the way to the temple of Arithelia. The temple looked in a poor state that would have saddened him if he had cared about the goddess at least a single bit. He thought, it was a miracle it hadn't been demolished in this day and age. After all, besides magi there weren't humans who would offer her obeisance. Looking at the graffiti in the walls, he could guess it still served as a bullseye for those who hated, but couldn't just go hunting magi with their own hands.
He decided to wander inside, reading some of the insults that had been written over the years. He didn't expect to find someone cleaning some of the writing in one of the statues likened after Arithelia. Aeon stopped still standing quite a distance away from the man, he could only see his back. Crap, maybe it was one of those magi. He pondered what to do, truth to be told he wasn't a target right now and he had never talked with a magi. So far interactions with them was watching them getting arrested or being killed by the senior hunters.
"You know, they will just paint it back eventually." - he said for the other to hear with his hands in his pockets.

Taking the time to clean up, Alistair had been a bit impressed with the amount of effort people put into corrupting the image of the goddess... A lot of effort and determination put behind something so... sigh... so childish. Hate was a rather ugly emotion. One that he wasn't even absolved of, but from what the goddess believes the best means to fight hate is with love. So much of him wanted to believe that, however he already knew it needed more than that. The people, humanity needed to change. That would take time and Alistair may not even be able to see it within his life time. Although, so long as a future is free for all magi to have, it would be worth all of that effort and pain.
Hearing the words of a stranger didn't phase Alistair as it was probably gonna happen eventually. After all the this was a rather public place and it would had been a matter of time. It wouldn't be hard to lie, but it may be difficult with the way the situation is. "Well all that matters is the effort, eventually they'll give up on putting tags here." He sighed as he was finishing up the statue of the goddess. Squeezing out the last of the paint that was soaked up into the bucket. He simply places his finger into the water to purify it of all the paint that was tainting the water. It was best not to be wasteful after all. "If you want I could use a hand. Unless you got something better to do?" He said not caring if the man in front of him saw his abilities. Most people, including humans didn't feel as threatened with water magi.
Even if this man proved to be a threat, Alistair had more than enough years of fighting and experience to make an escape... after all this was no place for bloodshed. It was sacred ground, even if the statue of the goddess was defaced.

He couldn't see any obvious marking of a magi but, then again some of them cleverly hid their traits under their clothes. It didn't concern him much, since he guessed violent magi wouldn't hang around their own temple cleaning statues, they would probably go looking to whoever painted on them to do the obvious thing. Aeon rolled his eyes They are not going to give up he thought. "You plan on cleaning it until they give it up? You're gonna be cleaning it a lot. Moreover even if you get some people to give it up, someone new will do it instead. A lot of people dislike this place, because a lot of people hate magi." - He replied. Aeon expression changed and became a serious one when he watched the other clean the water placing a finger on the bucket. Oh so he's a magi alright, I thought so. He looked away with a bit of an annoyed expression. He had to be very careful, because he didn't know, but was almost 100% sure, hunters were supposed to hate magi with a passion and vice versa. He didn't have any particular problems with that motto, but it wasn't like he held a particular grudge against the race. Hunting them was part of the packet and being a hunter had lot of perks. He really didn't want to make bf with a magi and get himself in trouble. "Pfft." - was his reply to the guy's suggestion that he should help him "Is not like I have anything better to do, but I have seen the place, cleaning all of it seems like a lot of work." - he said rubbing the back of his head and furrowing his brows. Aeon took a deep breath then folded his arms. "You really shouldn't expose your abilities like that, you should already know this is the kind a place someone who hates your kind would visit, don't you think doing something like that in front of a stranger is a bit dangerous? Hey, are you an idiot?" - He said tapping his index over his arm.
