Cousins of The Sea [kaveri wanted ads]

Okay, so I am not going to lie, this guy has rainbow hair (though its pretty dull in color ) I instantly thought of Kaveri. So, here we are making a wanted ad for Kaveri to have a family member. I am thinking a cousin of sorts but I am totally open to lovely ideas. (Cause you know, im not going to go around the internet to find all the rainbow hair babies to turn into a Dali army------crap...) 

But the idea is maybe he/she is a bit younger then Kaveri and was in the camps with Kaveri and knows a lot about him. Possibly, I am thinking of this character being physically strong considering I got the idea of him/her being a Mantis shrimp. Their personality is up to you. Also might be neat if he/she was a priest/priestess as well (cause we need more for our lovely God/Goddess) 

They could possibly be a bit of a sour puss, bossy, demanding, and maybe a bit of a racist humans? (because we need more hate, right?) I don't put violence past them and would like to see them in the Magi Liberation Movement as well.  

So ya, thats my tid bit o/ enjoy! >_> Im pretty open to ideas and whatever you like to do with 'em

So Key points because I am always so open ended on wanted ads:: 

-Can be male or female (or both)
-Must be Magi (water/mantis shrimp)
-Could be a Priest/Priestess or you can go the total opposite and be a human hater/murder type baby
-Definitely want them in the MLM 
-Possibly racist if you would like 
-Younger then Kaveri but can still be in the 100's or what not
-Very blunt for sure, nosy, and probably a bit on the rotten side?
