MIL LIONS,

this is gospel for the fallen ones

Mil is a shy timid young lady, constantly jumping at shadows and noises, and often running from them. She has little trust for people of any sort, though with enough work her trust can be gained.

Once it has been gained she is a loyal life-long friend, willing to share what little things or food she may have. She is hardworking, and very good at accomplishing most general tasks efficiently. She is also very kind, willing to help others who are scared and hurt as long as she thinks it is safe.

Her hands have a permanent shake, except for when sewing, which calms her mind.

Her use of magic is often subconscious passive things, such as creating steps as she is climbing up a cliff or making herself a spoon or bowl from stone, though once in contact with people, such as in a town, she barely, if ever, uses her abilities. Stress and fear often create violent outbursts of magic as a defense mechanism, creating distracting, blocking or deterring effects. There is usually little control over these outbursts' effects.

She is agile, though not particularly graceful. She is stronger than she appears, but she's not going to be winning any arm wrestling contests against any sort of soldier or fighter. Her strength is more acrobatic, running, climbing trees, small cliffs and the like.

She knows the lay of the land around where she lives very well as has many predetermined trails, though she varies often to avoid wear on them. 

She collects things she thinks will be useful left by campers, hikers, and explorers and hides them in caches all over her home area, usually encrusted in boulder-like stone and buried. Often times they are turned into new tools or resources for her to use. These items range from tent poles and plastic bags to blankets and granola bars. She carries little on her, not more than she can fit into her duffel bag. 

Mil is a lion magi marked by lion's ears, fangs, hind legs, tail, and claws. Her hair and fur color is on the white end of cream, and is often streaked with dirt. Her skin tone is fair. She has large light blue eyes lined with natural black and an almost permanent expression of worry.

She is about 5'4" and malnourished, around 110 lbs.

Her left ear is notched along the outer edge. The insides of her ears are pink under wispy white fur.

She has a large mane of thick, cream colored hair that reaches below her waist and desperately needs a trim. She occasionally manages to stuff it all inside her over-sized hoodie.

Mil's build was always intended to be slender, but she is even smaller due to malnutrition. Her hoodie and long skirt makes her look larger than she is. She is slender muscled, similar to an acrobat due to the climbing and running she often does.

Her hands are marked by light colored claw like-nails that are semi-retractable and quite sharp. The skin on the insides of her hands is slightly more pink than the rest of her skin.

The paw pads on her feet are also pink, though they and the fur on her lower legs have a tannish-grey tint due to the dust on them.


Mil is usually seen in an over-sized darker blue hoodie and a long, stained skirt. It is tan with pink flowers and one black patch on the front right thigh area where she sewed on a duffel bag patch to fix a hole. The end of the skirt is stained tannish grey. She does not like pants, which usually do not work well with her leg shape.

Mil Lions is a lion magi in her younger adult years, though she is not sure of her age. Her early life, like so many other of her kind, was spent in a relocation camp. She remembers little from before that time, only having vague ideas of where and who she was. She remembers some family, but has long since lost track of them.

Being repeatedly subjected to the horrors within that camp has wrought deep scars on Mil’s mind and soul, though few physical markers remain. Due to the almost constant physical and mental abuse, ranging from severe beatings, food being withheld, to constant name calling and over the top punishments over the smallest of things she has little trust for people of any sort, though with enough work her trust can be gained. She does not see kinship even in other magi, choosing to distrust everyone to avoid being harmed.

When she was released from the relocation camp she was being held in at the end of the war and immediately made her way to the nearest wilderness area, Arecia Woods, to avoid the still prevalent persecution and violence that hangs over the country. She settled in a relatively remote place, while still being able to venture into more toured parts of the woods to scavenge left over camp trash.

She remains currently uneducated in many things such as reading, writing, though knows basic math and how to recognize numbers and a few letters. She still has great potential for learning new skills and talents.

When she left the camp she took things other than her broken spirit with her. Mil is haunted by many of those souls who met their end in the conflict. She remains unaware of them, other than occasionally catching a flicker at the edge of her vision or a whisper in a dream.

Earth I: You are able to geokinetically animate 500 lbs of earth one time. And when I say earth, I mean anything the earth has birthed naturally. Rocks, sand, dirt, etc. The material must be of 100% natural to be animated. For instance, metals cannot be manipulated at this stage.

Photosynthesis: By allowing the sun's rays to dance upon your skin, or a UV light of some kind, physical food is optional. Your body will produce its own sustenance through photosynthesis.

Immune: Poisons or drugs that are plant based will have no affect on the Earth Magi.
