{ } Souls. They wanted to cling so badly to a world that no longer welcomed them or rather, could no longer host them. Their bodies where long sense gone and their families moving along in their lives. There was no reason to stay. No reason to try and protect those that couldn’t even see you. However, Tatara knew their reasons, their hopes, forgotten dreams and most of all their sense of self. Each soul always felt as if they had some unfinished business to attend and it was up to him to convince them otherwise. And yet, there were times that no reasoning could sooth them, no amount of words, touches, or temptations would move them along to the next life. These souls would be nothing more then phantoms in the mortal realm known as Ghost. Such annoying little things.
Tatara sighed softly as he sat upon a bakery counter top. His fur covered legs where crossed in Indian style, one elbow resting on a knee while the other held a peach muffin near his lips. He was invisible to the mortals who roamed the shop and he watched them with amusement. An old woman wanted bread, a child tried to steal a cookie, and someone apparently couldn’t understand how a cookie could be sugar free and still be called a sugar cookie. It was utterly adorable really but even amongst these peoples not a single soul was there for him to reap. No, there was nothing here that called to him personally but there was someone who still stayed in this shop that caught his attention---and their sibling.
A young woman by the name of Kelri Anderson. She was a sweet young woman who paid him homage so often that he considered her to be one of his best followers. Really, he found it amusing that she, of all people, choose to offer her prayers to him. He had figured long ago that she would follow some other God or Goddess and yet she kept leaving him small gifts here and there. It brought a smile to his face and a bit of joy he hadn’t felt in quite sometime. Which of course, brought him even more reason to be near the woman. He had a bit of business to settle with her and he would merely wait until the small store closed for the night as he had all the time in the world. As he waited, he would casually float around the room, climb a shelf, roam the halls, and play with some of the tools used to create these lovely pastries. In the end, night would eventually fall and closing of the store would begin.
He yawned lightly, all three eyes closing and reopening slowly. Having now returned to his spot on the counter he was perfectly visible to the human eyes and only one, Kelri’s. A soft chuckle came from him that sounded like that of a young child. The imp, having reached into the glass case, was now munching on a peace of peach cake. ”I must admit,” He started cheerfully. ”I do rather enjoy your baking, it has a certain flavor that just makes me get the jitters…in a good way mind you.”

[attr="class","slowlyrics"]I can just hear them now [attr="class","slowlyrics1"]How could you let us down? [attr="class","slowbod"] If Kelri had been honest with herself, she would have known that the day really hadn’t been going great. Well actually the past few weeks hadn’t been the best. To be frank it wasn’t that anyone was really the problem but more of something was going on. She hadn’t been sure what it was, but she knew that it was most certainly something. Especially when her cookies came out burnt. That was definitely a deal breaker. It had been drilled into her at the Felici Culinary Arts Institute that you were to never burn your cookies. If you did you paid for it. So let’s just say it started with burnt cookies. It really was such a shame. After her cookies had been burnt, to the point where she had to make multiple batches, over the course of the past few weeks, then it was the mysterious way her electronic appliances all seemed to be malfunctioning at weird and random times. Of course this meant that her pastries weren’t getting baked all the way, her dishes weren’t getting clean, all the things that a bakery functioned on were starting to go haywire. It was little things like the timer not going off, while a customer’s precious cake was in the oven that just really started to get to her. Then of course she started to smell his cologne. It was a familiar scent, but it was one that she hadn’t come across since his death. The smell would fill the bakery, to an obnoxious point, where it would cause her customers to leave, and she would be left in a coughing mess on the floor in the freezer. Then there was the freezer. Today it had locked her in at two am when she had been putting the final touches on the frosting of a cake. It seemed that Jasper really wanted her dead. Dead to the point where he was willing to lock his sister in the freezer with no one around for revenge. That wasn’t the worst of it though. The worst of it was the words that would filter out of her mouth to her customers. Kelri was sure that it wasn’t her speaking, that he was there, using her… goodness forbid, possessing her. She had been praying to the god of life for the longest time, but today, today she needed him more than ever. In anticipation, Kelri would have prepared a layered peaches and cream pastry cake made with crepes. It was a mixture of light and fluffy, and sweet filling. She really hoped it would please him. After all, all that Kelri had really wanted was her brother to move onto his next life happily and soundly. She didn’t want him to linger here, and become someone who was bitter and bent on revenge. She was more than willing to continue to work and pray to Nevyne and Tatara, but she needed some help. She had contemplated going to their temples, but knew Nevyne wouldn’t be able to help without devouring her brother’s soul—which is not what she wanted. She wasn’t familiar enough with the priests of Tatara to trust them with this. She wanted her brother to move on peacefully, and quietly. She really wished she could have done something about this. So she had made the cake this morning, and had tried her best to get through the day. It had been rough, there had been a couple times that she had spilled what she was making onto herself, eggs, batter, four, even melted chocolate at one point. The store functioned, but barely, and as night fell, all she wanted to do was go home, take a bath, and try her best to get through the next day. After completing her routine of clean up and prep for the next day Kelri would take off her apron, and throw it in the washing machine in the back room. Gods she looked like a mess. Taking a bit of time to try and clean herself up, but ultimately failing as she only got soap into her eyes, she would walk out into the front of the shop getting ready to leave before she--- What creature was that? In her shop? What? Why did it have three eyes? Utterly flabbergasted Kelri would look at that imp that seemed to be taking a liking to the cake she had made for the god of life, and around. “I swear on the holy god of life, Tatara’s soul, if you are making me hallucinate now Jasper, you will find no rest when I eventually pass.” She really was confused at this entire situation and was getting a smidgen angry at her brother. Of course he would make her hallucinate. Didn’t he have anything better to do? Like pass on, and get reborn? Sighing Kelri slowly approached the creature with a smile, “Though I appreciate that you are enjoying my baking, and I’m positive that the sugar in that cake is causing the jitters, I’m not quite sure if you are a hallucination or not.” She would look at the creature and shake her head just a bit. “Though in a world with magi and gods, anything is possible.” She would think for a moment before continuing, “If you do happen to be real, is there something I can help you with? I’ve closed up shop for the night and was headed home.” She would tilt her head and stare at the creature. “Are you lost, or a magi child? I can try to help the best I can but it’s not safe for Magi out at night little one.” She would look around her shop before grabbing a clean apron and walking over to offer it to the little child. “If you use this as a cape, it should help to cover those magi traits.” She could only hope to help at least a little. “Do you need anything else little one?” Kelri had her own problems, and she wasn't going to involve a little-lost magi kid if she could help it. { } "Very Good Jitters mind you." He said again as an after thought while munching away. The tiny creature was as small as a young child and with his little pot belly he must of looked quite the sight to the human woman. Of course, he wasn't at surprised that she didn't recognize him as a god, especially how he was normally pictured as some kind of skeleton man with a cloak. He never fully understand why everyone always pictured him as some kind of inhuman frightening creature without kindness. Sure, his job made him be rather tough on people and at times without compassion but he did have a heart after all. The tree eyes upon his face blinked all at once a few times as he peered at her for a long moment. A smile made his way across his chubby face as he merely watched the woman fetch an apron. "I can safely assure you that I am no figment of your imagination nor a hallucination. Young one." He said with a small yawn while patting his now full belly happily. "Hmm, is there something you could help me with?" He sat there silently as he seemed to ponder on her words as if he had suddenly forgotten his purpose for coming here. In his thoughts, he humored the young woman and took the apron, putting it on in a bit of a fumble. Clothing was so strange to him that he hardly wore anything at all. "Ah, yes. There is something you could do for me, Kelri." Hopping down onto the ground, his landing echoed throughout the bakery but as soon as he started walking not a single sound came from his hooves moving across the floor. Reaching up, he took her hand within his and started walking towards the back of the bakery. "I have a problem we both can easily benefit from I believe, well, that is too say if you think you are up for the task?" Glancing up at her, he smiled cheerfully. "After all, I'm not lost this time but I think another is here among your lovely bakery?" Tatara seemed to have ignored all of her current questions she had asked of him not too long ago. Either he had decided to let her just wonder on what he was doing or forgot about them completely.

[attr="class","slowlyrics"]I can just hear them now [attr="class","slowlyrics1"]How could you let us down? [attr="class","slowbod"]
Apparently the small magi child felt like it needed to give her reassurance. Which was odd, though it did make her wonder how many of her sweets he had stolen. In fact, there really shouldn’t be any jitters, so the fact that he insisted that these jitters were good jitters, but that he had in the first place made her question whether the small magi child was on a sugar high.
As she fetched the apron, the tiny magi child spoke again. He couldn’t be more than three right? Maybe at most six? He wasn’t very tall. It made her question how he was able to speak, and yet look so young. Everything about this situation was a little odd, but hey when Gods decided to intervene in her life, and she was haunted by her former brother, anything was possible, especially when magic existed and new things were being developed every day. Who knew hold old this magi was, especially when they called her young? This entire situation was a bit confusing and she wasn’t quite sure what to do. “I’m sorry, I assumed as such. I’ve just had a crazy couple of weeks.” The past few weeks haven’t been fun and they hadn’t been something she wished to go into details about. Being haunted tended to put a damper on daily life choices and actions.
As the magi contemplated if there was something that she could help him with, which was more asked out of politeness than anything else, but the magi seemed to be taking her seriously. Well, she was more than happy to help, if she could, but she was still confused. He did seem to put on the apron, so that was a good thing. It would help hide his magi traits from hunters, and from humans who would be more than willing to pick on someone who was weak. Wait, how did he know her name? That was quite confusing. “Uh, Okay, what is it?” She would tilt her head as he hopped off her counter, and reached for her hand. Slowly she offered it out to the small magi. “Wait, how did you know my name? Also what is your name?” She really didn’t understand why a small magi had come into her shop, let alone be in Felici, but she supposed she would help if she could. As she started to be led towards the back of her bakery she would look down at the impish magi and blink. What could he possibly need help with in her bakery? Oh! That was it! “Did you want me to make more sweets for you?” Of course that was where the young baker’s mind went. “You can have anything you want in the shop…” She just kind of wanted to go home at this point. It had been a long day.
Wait, what was he saying? Kelri’s confused expression would only grow more so, and her normally smiling face would showcase a sort of “huh” look. This was not normal, not in the slightest. “A task? What are you talking about little one?” He seemed cheerful at the very least, so it couldn’t be too bad. Then he said his next words and Kelri almost stopped in her tracks. “Someone is lost…” She tried to process this, but barely could until and she looked up at the back of her bakery and realized all of her pots were now on the floor. Sucking in her breath, her hand tightening around the small magi’s. “Jasper.” The name was firm and she was both sad, mad, and disappointed all at the same time. Of course he had caused more trouble. “I’m sorry little one, it seems I must clean this up.” Her hand would move to let go of the small magi’s and start to clean, muttering under her breath, “I hope I can get some help soon.” Would be the whispered words before she shook her head with a sigh. She just wanted her brother to move on peacefully. Why was he being such a brat?

{ } He stood there with his hands crossed and resting on top of his pot-belly as he allowed Kelri to pull away and clean up her kitchen. Unmoving, he remained root to the spot within the kitchen doorway with a head tilted to one side as if listening to something that only he could hear. All three eyes rotated towards Kelri a moment later and smiled softly. The poor thing had no idea what kind of adventure she was about to have this very night. She was going to see the world in a whole new light but she wasn’t about to go into it alone. Tatara will be there to guide her through it and help her adjust to it as it would be his fault. Still during this whole time he had yet to answer any of her questions she had directed towards him. He supposed he out to fix that as she cleaned. Walking without much of a care over to her he would climb up, after a small struggle, on a table near her and stand in the center of it. With hands behind his back he began pacing back and forth on it proudly. ”As much as I would love for you to bake for me for eternity I will have to pass.” If she had started baking he was pretty certain he would forget why he even descended into the mortal world and that certainly wouldn’t do. ”As for my name, I think you know it well--” He cut himself off as he turned on his hooves ever so sharply that he almost lost his balance. Luckily, he long tail kept him from falling as a single hand went into the air with a look of triumph. ”--that’s not my name but, yes, Jasper! That’s who your going to help!” Twisting once on a single leg he plopped himself down on the edge of the table to cross his legs. Looking rather expectedly at the human he waited for her to finish but that didn’t stop him from rattling on and glancing about the kitchen. He could smell the peaches and, ah, there was one to his right. Reaching out, he took the lovely orb of joy and bit into it mid speech. ”Nah, yah seeth, wez gottah findeh hiem and senf himf on histh merry way!” He spoke with his mouth so full of peaches it was almost impossible to hear everything he was saying but he made sure to shake the fruit at her like it would help make a point. Blinking, he waited again and it seemed she might not be catching on. Swallowing his small meal he carried on clearly this time about. ”We are going to play Hide and Seek with Jasper, isn’t that going to be fun? I do enjoy a good game. So, where do you think he normally hides?” Tatara tilted his head to the side. His main two eyes remained on Kel but his third eye suddenly rotated to the left towards the main door they had booth entered. ”Oh dear.” A small frown crossed his features as he was very certain they might have a visitor much sooner then he wanted but so was the life of forcing souls to move along. ”Tell me, did you get along with Jasper?” He was hoping for a yes.

As Kelri was cleaning the small magi hopped up onto a table and it looked like he was struggling just a smidge, but before she could offer her help he seemed to have managed all on his own. “All right then?” If he wasn’t here for her baking what was he here for? She really didn’t understand the point of why the magi was here, and she was a smidge concerned, but she figured he would tell her when he felt like it. Wait, she knew his name? That didn’t make any sense. Whatsoever. “I don’t know your….” Wait what? How was she going to help her dead brother? Wait. “How… how do you know him? How can I help?” She could do nothing for him. She had tried. The priests of Tatara couldn’t do anything. She had enlisted their help and they couldn’t do anything.
The baker would finally finish and turn to stare at the magi. Maybe he wasn’t a magi? But then who was he? This really didn’t make any sense whatsoever. Kelri had a smidgen of not being able to understand the magi who seemed to be munching on some peaches he had found. She frowned only in the slightest, those were supposed to go towards Tatara’s offering in the morning.
However, he seemed to be enjoying them so much that she couldn’t really complain. She could just pick up some more tomorrow before she opened. “I’m sorry what? Did… Did Tatara’s priest’s send you? They told me that they had exhausted all efforts…” She sighed. It wasn’t worth getting her hopes up again. “If you can help… I would be eternally grateful.” The baker offered a sad smile to the impish magi. “I don’t see how I play into this though…”
The words that would next to come out of the small magi’s mouth were… odd to say the least. “Hide and seek?” She shook her head down at the impish magi. “When we were children he would hide in our attic, but I don’t think he can hide now as he is dead?” She shook her head and bit her lip. “I mean, if you are talking about his ghost, he has been living in my kitchen, or so I suspect.” She wasn’t sure why she was sharing this with the small man, but she figured it was worth a shot if the priests of Tatara’s temple had sent him. “I’ve… been having issues… it seemed he even possessed me today.” She might as well be honest with the magi.
Oh dear? What was he? Oh Dearing? Then of course came the frown. Since Kelri had first met the tiny imp, she had seen him smile. This was the first time she had seen him frown. “I…” She looked down with a sad smile. “I did for the most part, as much as a brother and sister could. That was…” She bit her lip feeling her eyes well up with water. “Until I chose to save a magi soul over his.” She stood by her choice but it still pained her that she had been put in the position to do so. “He seems to be holding a grudge now.”
Kelri’s eyes would lift to meet the magi’s, face imitating a stubborn grimace. “Please, help him move on to the next reincarnation. I worship the god of life, and I only want my brother to have a chance at happiness again.” Her voice would crack at the last word before she looked down, her fists clenched. “He can’t do that as a ghost with a grudge.”

{ } She didn't know him, a common statement that he heard much to often to mortals that saw him before their time was ready. He sighed softly as he let it go and float around in the air. He would ignore introducing himself for the time being as he had much more pressing matters to attend with currently. "Long enough." would be his simple answer to a simple question. "In fact, he seems to hide from be quite well."
Again, all three eyes rolled to gaze on Kelri with a look of true amusement. Resting his chin in the palm of his tiny had he offered her a large toothy grin. "Yes, yes let's go with that. A priestess sent for me." The tiny imp would chuckle with half closed eyes. Oh, Kelri was much too fun to play with but if the idea of him being from a temple made it easier for her to do wha the wanted then so be it. He would come clean in the end...maybe. "Let's just say they didn't through with all their options." With that he clapped his little hands together to end that thought. "Attic huh?" All three eyes moved as one to peer into the attic and move from left to right. It was as if he was looking for something unseen. A moment later he would narrow his eyes and frown. Jasper was indeed here and she was right, he did favor the attic but he was no longer there. He was in the kitchen by now. Tatara's eyes shifted towards the general direction of where he might be currently. "You don't say? Well, that would surely explain the contempt. Hmm. Well, darling. You are in luck today because we are going to put that soul to rest. However," Lifting his left index finger he would casually point at Kelri. "You are going to do it. He is your sibling and thus your responsibility. I will, of course, aid you but you will be doing most of the work." Giving a playful wink at her he put his hands on his furry knees and then into the front pockets of his apron. "Which means, I suppose I should prepare you to do such a thing to make things easier, hm?"

[attr="class","slowlyrics"]I can just hear them now [attr="class","slowlyrics1"]How could you let us down? [attr="class","slowbod"] Apparently her brother had met this mysterious magi who seemed to have known him for a while. And her brother hid from him? This didn’t make any sense to the young baker. But she was willing to trust anyone who knew how to help her in this instance. It was almost guaranteed that she was willing to go to great lengths to ensure her brother’s safety and remittance into the cycle. If this magi really was sent from the temple it meant that he could help. So she would do anything she could to help. “Hopefully he won’t hide anymore.”
Oh this was wonderful. It the temple had sent this magi his skill had to be enormous, given that in Felici magi still were not treated as equals. When the impish magi would affirm her suspicions she would go into a deep bow, reminiscent of the ones the nobility used. “I thank you for your time.” The bow was one of gratitude and a sincere thanks. She would show her reverence as if this magi was the god himself. She knew it wasn’t possible, but she still would bow her head in thanks.
Kelri would nod at the impish magi. Yes, for a hunter, his family choosing to save a magi soul over his would be quite a slap in the face. Jasper had certainly made apparent to his youngest sister in the past few weeks of dealing with is. “I am?” How odd, she was supposed to do something like get rid of her brother? She supposed that it was only right, but she wasn’t sure how this was going to happen. She didn’t have any powers after all. In fact it really was odd. Glancing at the impish magi she sighed. “Tell me what to do and I will do it to the best of my ability. I promise to do that much, I want his soul to go in peace into the next reincarnation cycle.”
Though at the magi’s next statement she drew a blank. “Prepare me?” She had already provided the priest with everything she knew and where the ghost was. “How so sir?” Race didn’t matter when it came to respect and reliance. She would be indebted to this magi either way. “Tell me how to help and I will.”
It was the least she could do.

{ } The tiny imp walked in circles in thought. How was he going to handle this? What would be the best gift to bestow upon this young lady? He fully believed she had the ability to handle this situation and put her brother to rest. He had tried for so long to fish him out but it seemed he couldn’t seem to get him to come along or anything for that matter. He was a stubborn little vindictive spirit. Slowly, he waved off her concern, ”Now, now, he won’t be hiding for very long. He knows that I am here and that I mean business this time around. So,” He turned on his hooves to smile brightly at the young human. ”On that note, come here child.” He called for her to come to him but instead he just waddled himself right up to her, he wasn’t at all very tall but he had to get to her height. Hmm, well, this was going to be a bit awkward. ”Come, come, bend on down here. That’s right, now hold still.” He motioned for her to bend down to his height and if she did what he would request the girl would get a rather startling surprise. The tiny “magi” would lean up on the tip of his hooves and tough her in the middle of her forehead. Humming to himself happily she would feel his finger make a quick few motions before it would pull away. Once that was accomplished she would feel strange and a tad off but it wasn’t anything to be alarm about. It wasn’t everyday that Tatara gifted a living person. ”Now come along, you know where to find him and you should be able to find him very easily. We will have a lovely conversation.” He stated happily as he started waddling out of the area and into a new one. ”You should be able to really pick him up in a moment.” Twirling once again on his hooves with his hands behind his back he looked up at his follower. ”Any quick questions, Kelri or do you think you got this?”

[attr="class","slowlyrics"]I can just hear them now [attr="class","slowlyrics1"]How could you let us down? [attr="class","slowbod"]
Kelri would watch as the magi would walk in circles. It wasn’t exactly normal behavior and she wasn’t expecting it of a priest, but who was she to question the experience of someone who could get rid of her brother. Kelri’s eyebrow would raise on her face as the magi started talking. “Business?” She supposed to a priest of Tatara, this would just be business, even if it was so much more personal to her. Kelri would go towards the magi as he beckoned. “Okay.” She didn’t see how that would help anything, but she would try.
Apparently he was inclined to meet her half ways. She looked down at him and would kneel as she was told to bend down. “Yes sir?” What was the point of this she was still unsure but she was willing to do anything that was required of her. “What...”
Kelri started another question but was startled when she observed the magi standing to lean on his top toes and humming. What was he…? Apparently he wanted to touch her forehead. He seemed to be making a few motions, though Kelri was unaware of what they were. What was going on? The baker wasn’t sure. She felt… odd, and strange and filled with something she wasn’t filled with before. It was all very odd. “Uhm, okay…” The baker would stand, blinking, as she followed the impish magi.“Conversation?” Somehow she doubted that Jasper would want to just… talk. “Oh goodness.” As the transitioned into the new area Kelri would blink. Something felt off. The woman would shiver. Yup. Jasper was here.
Kelri would look down at the priest of Tatara. “Uhm, yes, what exactly do you want me to do? What do you mean got this? Aren’t you going to deal with Jasper? How am I going to do this? Also where is he? I know he is here, but I can’t see him. Also how am I going deal with him? I don’t understand Mr. Magi.” She would look at magi with wide eyes. The baker was a little bit dense.
She also might be panicking a little bit.

{ } The God looked towards the human child and then back towards a spot in the room. While he could clearly see Jasper coming into the area, he had forgotten that his new gift lady friend could not. Ah, right, she wouldn't be able to physically see him or even get a glimpse. But she sure could feel him. Scratching at the bottom of his chin he gave Kelri an innocent shrug. "You got this dear. All you have to do is give him a talking too and send him off. Hopefully, after we are done here he will finally come with me. The god paused for a moment in critical thought. "Well, that is the plan. I would like to have him come today before Nevyne gets it in her breeches to come flying in to screw with things again." Taters muttered to himself softly. It seemed like he had surely forgotten to inform the young lady how to go about getting rid of Jasper. Kelri was a smart girl, she could figure out and Tatare wasn't the type to spoon feed things. Giving her a quick once over he raised a brow. She didn't seem to be catching on at all was she? He sighed, he knew she was a tad dense but he didn't think she would be that dense. Then again, he had been playing with her for a while now, hadn't he? "You'll be fine. I promise. Jasper will throw a temper tantrum probably but he won't be able to do anything to you. Nor towards me. He is such a brat." Touching the side of his face with a slight lean he focused on the spirit in question. "Oh, Jasper. Jasper, darling. It is time to move along now. Kelri here is gonna give you a helping hand.""Now, now, don't give me that look. I am so tired of that look. Really, its been ages now. Be a good boy and listen to Kelri, or Tatara will have to be not so nice. You wouldn't want that..."

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Kelri knew something was off, she felt cold, colder the more that she got closer to… something. The baker knew that with a priest of Tatara here, she wouldn’t be in too much danger, so she followed him dutifully, and the closer she got the colder it got. Jasper was certainly here. He had always preferred the winter and the cold to the summer and heat. “Oh… Okay then.” If the priest wanted Kelri to give a talking to her dead brother she could do that at the very least. “I can try.” The baker gave a hopeful smile to the man. “The goddess of dreams?” Confused Kelri tilted her head, “again?” She paled. How did this priest know it was ‘again’. That most certainly wasn’t a good thing. “Hopefully he goes soon.” Her smile was sad as she looked towards the priest who seemed to know much more than what she had originally thought. Maybe he was something more than an average priest? That much was certain at this point and the young baker couldn’t wait to figure out what exactly had transpired this night over a nice cup of wine and a few cookies when this was all over. She might even close up shop tomorrow. Yes, she was probably going to do that. Taking those extra words of encouragement Kelri stepped forward, more into the kitchen. “If you say so.” She sighed and centered herself before she began to look straight towards where the cold feeling was coming from. “Jasper. Arther. Flynn. Anderson.” The words were spoken in harsh tones and the baker was dead serious. “You stop this. You stop this right now.” The words would come out as she walked towards where the cold was coming from. Of course it had to be coming from her over. Of course the oven felt like it was below freezing when she touched it. “Jasper you are better than this, you are more than this. You are an Anderson. You are gone and you need to move on to be happy. Please, please move on.” The baker would be pleading with her ghost of a brother, but she would still be firm and serious in her stance. “I know I disappointed you, but I had to save that girl. She was given a second chance at life. She was given a way to get away from hunters,” The baker would pause, “away from you.” Her sad smile would turn into a grimace. “Jasper how could you do those things to innocent people, I will never understand it, and I’m angry with you. How could you think you are better than magi?” By now Kelri was yelling at the oven that most likely housed her brother. “How could you be so cruel? Vindictive? Uncaring and lacking any sort of compassion?” The baker shook her head and bit her lip. “It wasn’t right Jasper and now…” She stared at the oven. “Now you are doing nothing more than being a spoiled child who is throwing a temper tantrum.” She spat on her floor. “You were raised better. Mother raised you better.” He might have been the youngest, but he was most certainly the one who got their mother’s disappointment the most. “Father would be so disappointed.” If nothing else got his attention, that would. She could feel a warm energy pool into her hand. She touched against the oven and sighed. “Move on Jasper. Move on.” She wanted him to be happy again, after all, he was family.

{ } Tataras stood and merely watched the interaction between the siblings. He had to admit though, he was rather surprised to see the young woman get so stern. In fact, he was kind of impressed as he had felt that she might just remain mink the whole time and thus take much longer to get the job done. Though, it seemed his worry was not needed. Three eyes went from one sibling and then to the next with an amused look on his face. Well, this was starting to go kinda smoothly--ish. It seemed like Jasper was actually listening to Kelri rather then throwing a fit and breaking everything around the area. A good sign, maybe he just needed a talking too with his sister. Still, he was a horrible spirit that wouldn't even listen to a God. A part of him wondered if Kelri shared the same amount of sass as her brother. Jasper, at first scuffed at his sister and turned his back to her. The urge to set something flying across the room was a very real thing though he didn't do it. He was pissed. He was still so hurt and bothered by the fact that his sister choose some patheic good for nothing magi over him! Him, her own flesh and blood. He couldn't see her reasoning for it but now, a part of him was starting to realize how much of a spoiled ass he was when he was alive. Even more so upon his passing and refusing to move on. He was causing his sister a lot of pain, grief, and suffering. While it did make him feel better in the long run he could see it wasn't doing any good. What was the point of staying around? He didn't particularly hate his sister, just her choices. She was an idiot. A big idiot. Still her words caused him to pause for any ideas of harm towards her or her baked goods. His mother could eat an egg for all he cared but his father, that was another story. A ping of guilt hit him like a hammer. He turned towards his sister and stared at her and then back to Tatara. The God sighed, "I think you are hitting a chord with the stubborn idiot. Listen to your sister, it's time to go. You are doing nothing but becoming a bigger pain in the ass." Jasper glared at the God, causing the a few objects in the room to shake violently but that was the extent of the damage. Tatara shut his mouth and looked towards Kelri. "At least he is finally listening...and maybe willing..." All three eyes made their way back to Jasper who seemed conflicted with his choices. He wanted to rage but at the same time, it was getting tiring. He stood next to his sister and studied her for a long time. Then finally made eye contact with Tatara who merely nodded. "Say what you want...but know you are leaving tonight. You are far overdue for relocation." Sighed the tired God. Annoyed, Jasper once again made the items rock back and forth, threatening to make them fall and one did. "I think he might be sorry---even if he broke that."

| Reach out your hands Don't turn your back Don't walk away How in the world Can I wish for this? Never to be torn apart Close to you 'Til the last beat Of my heart | Kelri had scolded her brother many times and this really was no different. The fact of the matter was that he was throwing a temper tantrum and it was affecting everyone around him negatively. All she wanted was for him to move onto his next life happily. That was something that she craved and dearly wanted for her brother. After all, who wouldn’t want a new life for the departed? The idea that her brother was actually listening to her was something that Kelri would have struggled with if she had known. She couldn’t see her brother, but she also couldn’t, believe that he would actually listen to her. The two had gotten into so many fights over the years, with him never backing down from his opinions. Even if they were the wrong ones. Eventually, the two always seemed to come to some sort of mutual understanding though. She missed that side of him. The side that was willing to bend for family, and for their sibling relationship. She had been constantly worried about him and it had proven her right to worry. What would other types of brother get himself into some sort of situation like this? A ghost who wouldn’t move on? Kelri would sigh just thinking about it. It was almost as if Kelri could feel the tension rise in the room, the air temperature dropping to a cold degree that made her breath frosty. Nevertheless, she would continue to try and talk some sense into her brother. What else could she do as his sister but love him, even when he was throwing a temper tantrum like a child? She hoped that it was getting across to him, that she loved him and wanted him to move on, not for her, but for him. She wanted him to be happy, content and to live a life that was one that he could be proud of. Gods she wanted that for her brother. She wanted to live a life with him in mind. His determination, his braveness, and most importantly his ability to bend over backward for the family. The family had mattered to her brother when he was alive. She could only hope it would matter to him when he was a ghost. Kelri felt the temperature in the room rise a little, just back to normal, and even though everything was absurdly still the woman guessed that maybe, just maybe, someone was listening to her. She still didn’t understand why the magi priest wasn’t the one doing this, but she also knew that this was a part of her duty to her brother. To make sure he was happy, safe and someone who he could be proud of in the next life. Looking towards the magi when he spoke Kelri would sigh. “He isn’t an idiot, he is stubborn, oh yes he is stubborn but he isn’t an idiot.” Jasper wasn’t someone who was an idiot he was just… stuck in his ways. “Jasper, I love you, but you can’t keep staying here. It isn’t good for you, I want you to be happy in a new life.” She was sincere in this, she wanted him to be happy. “Please listen to the Magi priest. He knows what he is doing.” She was sincerely pleading with her brother. Kelri would flinch as some of the objects moved off the shelves, falling to the floor. She felt her heart leap out of her chest, as the magi said that Jasper would be willing. “Please Jasper, please be willing.” Her eyes would be starting to water. She really did want the best for her brother’s ghost and soul. “Tatara will be merciful, my brother, he is the god of life, and only wants to maintain the balance. Please go with him when he arrives.” Biting her tongue she would look down as she felt a chill on her shoulder. “I would forgive him if he would move onto a better life.” She really would, she loved her brother, dead or alive. Looking as one of her cups shattered on the floor the Baker shook her head. “It doesn’t matter how many things he breaks. I’m willing to listen.” She was, she was willing to listen and wait for him to come to his senses. “I only want him to be happy.”

{ } Jasper, not an idiot? Well, Tatara could argue about that mostly because he was annoyed with the ghost. If he hadn't spent forever trying to get the fellow to go with him then he would consider him much more intelligent. Not saying a word, he watched the two interact with his main focus on Jasper. The ghost of Kelri's brother looks confused for a moment, annoyed, pissed, and then finally resigned all at the same time. Prehaps, he was sticking around for much longer then he should of been. While he was angry at his sibling and took great joy of causing her goods to burn---he still cared for her. A part of him wanted to stay because of that while the other just wanted to make her life hell. Jasper turned towards Tatara who only stared and then back to Kelri. He seemed at an impass with great uncertainty. As much as he wanted to remain here he couldn't forever. His sister was being very firm with him as well as making some rather clear points. His time was up and he needed to move along. Jasper approached his sister, standing right in front of her but being unable to be seen. It sucked. He couldn't express himself to her but he supposed him moving on would be enjoy for her, right? She would forgive him for being an asshole if he went on. A small sigh escaped the dead man. Briefly touching Kelri's hair he turned away from her, knocking a few items over merely out of spite as he came near Tatara. The God looked indifferent towards him. "I take it you're ready to go with me then, hm?" He inquired towards Jasper with his hands upon his small hips. The man would nod at the spirit. "Very well, anything else you would like to say before hand?" He asked and in reply a few more items would tumble around all sassy like to the point that Tatara just groaned and touched his forehead tiredly. "....You really do like to try my patience. You're lucky I have an eternity on you." Looking back towards Kelri he offered her a bright smile. "I think you convinced him to move on, thank you for that." Glancing to his right, a small willow-wisp neared them and being a good little thing it went right for Jasper. Tatara only nodded at it as a thank you for it to help Jasper go to where he was supposed to be a long time ago. Tatara had other matters to settle here. He was positive his new Priestess would have questions. "You'll do me proud I think...is that what is supposed to be said? Hm..." He tapped his small chin in thought. It had been a very, very, very long time sense he had a Priestess. He couldn't really recall what he was supposed to do when he blessed someone. Oh well, he could roll with it like always.
