Are dogs allowed in temples? [Fey]

The dream of the future you see, dissolves...

Fey gave out a small yawn as she approached the temple park with a slow stride. It was late, but she wanted to stop by the temple again all the same. Her eye turned up towards the moonlit sky, the pale light peeking from behind trees and buildings. The quiet atmosphere of the night was at least a bit refreshing, she normally avoided moving at night but she was looking for a relief from the hot summer sun. Even if she could control her body temperature it became stifling at times.

Still, it was better not to linger too much. She would have to make it back home before too late at least. Back home, the thought made the girl smile lightly. Even if it wasn't much, she at least had somewhere to return to. Fey picked up her pace to a light jog, making her way down the path to the divine owls temple. Her expression took on a somewhat curious twist as she approached, one of the doors looked to be ajar. At this hour she hadn't expected such a thing. Fey set a hand tentatively on the strap of her messenger bag which contained some simple items for offerings, leaning through the crack in the door.

A figure stood over near the statue, with a dog at their side. The girl's eye narrowed curiously, unsure of what to make of the situation. Fey continued to peek around the corner for a few moments, examining the atmosphere. The person didn't appear to be looking for anyone, or anything. In truth it didn't look like this person was doing much of anything. A late night meeting place perhaps, or maybe a simple bit of meditation. She couldn't be sure.

She moved forward a bit, the large wooden door giving a low creek as it moved a bit. Fey stepped in but only took a few steps forward. She didn't want to waste much time, but at the same time she did not want to interrupt another's prayer, if that was the case. It would have been in bad form to rush things in such a place as well, she thought. She hardly wanted to make a visit to the temples a five minuet affair. Fey turned back towards the door, quietly pushing it back to shut with a small thud. Better to leave it closed lest debris and wildlife make a nest of the temple. With that she stepped off to the side, contenting herself to wait for a bit before approaching the alter.
