A concept that has bubbled to my head is where characters can become champions or agents or avatars to the deities they wish to serve. You can use all three names to suggest a level of power or authority that one person is given by their deity.
I would like the emphasis that this is different than just priests to a deity or a regular servant, but someone to act on the authority and interest of their deity. I found a very strong resonance whenever I thought of Arithelia or Kalididas whenever they would have someone they especially favored or the rest of their flock. However I wouldn't just limit it to those two, but it would be very interesting to see characters that work in the direct interest of a specific deity.
