If Found, Return to Fam

According to locals in the area, a small Spirit has recently been seen within the vicinity of Camlorn. While this isn't too horribly abnormal, from the reports this Spirit appears to be hopelessly lost and looking for another Spirit. Any attempts to capture it so far have not been met with success. This little guy is prone to running away at the first sign of a human approaching. Authorities want someone to peacefully catch this petite Spirit and return it to its "family" before they come angrily searching the town. There's not too much to tell but what information authorities have is:
1) This Spirit is very, very small and very, very fast. Surprisingly it rarely uses its powers on humans unless it feels particularly threatened. It has injured people but in self-defense from the sounds of it, leading authorities to believe it is not inherently hostile.
2)Some people have gotten relatively close to the Spirit. Those that have and spoke to it were the ones to learn it was apparently lost, having gotten separated from its friends/family. However it has run away each and every time people have encountered it.
3) No one knows where the "family" of this Spirit is, but it's assumed that they reside somewhere in the plains nearby.

Authorities would really like to put this Spirit back where it came from (or so help me) before any other Spirits turn up looking for the thing. Authorities encourage anyone trying to capture the Spirit to exercise patience and kindness as any straight up aggressive attempts to catch the tiny Spirit have resulted in it running away. Whomever manages to peacefully remove the Spirit will be rewarded.
