Recently late at night, citizens of Felici have been noticing a pale, ethereal woman standing at the edge of a pier at Vistoso Port. It only occurs at night and the woman glows ever so faintly in the dark hours. Anyone who has dared to approach her says that the apparition is supposedly softly mourning something. Upon further interaction with the ghostly woman, they have discovered:
1) She is mourning over the loss of her husband and child, both which were lost (along with her) at sea in a terrible storm.
2) The souls of her husband and child have passed on to re-enter the cycle some time ago.
3) The woman does not want to pass on to Tatara because she does not want to forget all the memories of her loved ones in another life. She fears she will never recognize them again and worries that Tatara would simply move her along without any hopes of recognizing the souls of her beloveds.

The ghost has posed no harm to any of the living that interact with her. In fact she has been fairly kind, albeit saddened by her loss and her situation. Felician authorities have not ordered anything to be done about the ghost, but there have been gentle attempts at trying to convince and comfort the kind-hearted soul to be reborn again and end her mourning.

There is no risk with this mission, as the ghost holds no interest in combating anyone. The difficulty here would solely come from convincing the soul to accept Tatara's embrace and pass on to be reborn again.
