This is less a specific mission idea, and more of an interesting template to consider. In these sorts of missions, you'd have anywhere from two members to two factions (Hunters and M.L.M. come to mind), who'd be competing towards a similar objective.
As an example, it could be a mission to secure/deny trade rights to Haven for some sort of valuable good. Whether this is handled through diplomacy, subterfuge, and violence would be up to the members in question, so long as it works towards the result one of the parties is striving for. I think these missions would be a good way to simulate some of the conflicts in the world.
I understand the PvP nature of this might be cause for concern, but we're all adults here and anyone who signs up for such a mission should understand what they're getting in to with this. If they lack the temperament, they should be self-aware enough to pass on them.
