[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ "...and every time I go there, they're just gone! Every. Damn. Time!" The tiny mouse huffed, her face set in a scowl as she threw up her hands. Yes indeed, she was ranting yet again about her mysterious book thief. Who had yet to be caught by the tiny flustered mouse who'd found yet another person to talk to about her troubles. Or rather in this case: two. The two youngest daughters of the Rose family walked with their older-yet-smaller sibling through the shopping district. While Ami had vowed never ever to return to the Rose family household unless it was under fear of death or for an emergency from one of her younger sisters (because her older siblings could rot in hell), she still liked seeing the two. Paige and Rachel were definitely some of her best friends along with being her siblings. They were, after all, how she got out of the Rose house. " Ami," Paige tutted, glancing over at her sister with an arched brow, "Why don't you simply go and buy the books you cannot find in the library from a bookstore?" Rachel, standing to the other side of their elder-but-smaller sister, nodded her head in agreement. "Sounds like that would be much easier than waiting for this person to slip up and forget a book." Both were pretty sound suggestions. However, Ami only huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. "I've tried that..." She grumbled low, stopping along with her sisters as Paige halted outside a shop's window to look inside. "But I can't always find the books! I've even tried looking online but some of them just aren't there. Besides, I want to catch whoever is doing this!" A determined look came to Ami's face as she said it. Rachel, on her part, just stared at Ami before slowly raising an eyebrow. "Ami, you can't stake out in the library waiting for this person." A few seconds passed before a pensive look came to Ami's face. "..." "... Ami, no." The tiny mouse only averted her gaze as Rachel squinted at her. "Ami I know that look, don't you dare." "... No one would know if I was invisible..." Came the mutter under her breath. There was a light audible smack as Rachel's palm connected with her forehead. The youngest Rose gave a sigh. Yet before Ami could entertain the thought further, a hand reached out and grabbed hers by the wrist, pulling her along. " Fascinating as this is, I do believe we came here to shop!" Paige said with a wide smile as they entered the store. Ami only put up minimal resistance, huffing. "Paige, I don't need any more clothes! I'm fine wit-" Abruptly they stopped. Paige whirled around, and her hand left Ami's wrist to join the other in squishing her cheeks. Paige's face hovered right in front of Ami's with a sharp eyed look. " Mon cœur, how often have you worn this outfit, hmmmm?" Though it was said in a nearly innocent singsong hum, the pointed look on Paige's face was hard to miss. Ami could only hold it for a second before her eyes sheepishly skittered to the side. A knowing and triumphant hum left Paige as she let the tiny mouse go. "Mmmmmmm, I thought so. So! We are shopping! And the first thing you are trying on..." The second youngest Rose walked off swiftly, disappearing for a moment before returning with...Ami's eyes widened and she felt a blush rising into her cheeks. "Is this!" Paige announced proudly, holding the piece of clothing up for Ami to see. It was a mouse hoodie. The older Rose heard some barely concealed snickering from behind her. One glance showed Rachel covering her mouth to hide a smile. Her eyes flickered between the hoodie and Ami before looking off to the side innocently. "Paige, really?!" Ami squeaked, addressing her other sister with a flustered, indignant look. Paige, however, was unaffected by her sister's protesting, smirking instead and pulling Ami along. "I am deadly serious." She responded with a serious tone to her voice as she pulled and pushed Ami towards the dressing rooms before nearly bodily shoving her in the door. Ami turned around to protest, but instead got a face full of hoodie. "Now tell me when you've got it on Ami! I'll go find more for you to try on!" Came Paige's cheery voice before Ami heard the door shutting. Huffing she ripped the hoodie off her head and glared daggers at the door. Stupid sisters... Her eyes went down to the hoodie. It even came with ears for crying out loud! The little mouse tsked in annoyance, but nonetheless did feel the fabric. it was soft...And kind of a cute design. She didn't want to give Paige the satisfaction but... It always was hard to say no to her younger siblings. Curse them for that. Eventually Ami walked out of the dressing room, her cheeks burning slightly. The hoodie was a bit big on her but damn was it comfortable! She could curl up in this thing. She refused to put the hood up though; the whiskers and little nose design on the front was already telling enough of what this was supposed to represent. "P-Paige I'm...Oh, you're not Paige." Ami said cleverly, seeing someone else standing outside the door other than her sisters. | [attr="class","white"] [attr="class","night"] [attr="class","burstmini”]@someone1 [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone2 [attr="class","burstmini"]895 [attr="class","burstmini"]I got all my sisters an-- Oh shoot where'd they go? |

I'm just out to find the better part of me Dehlia had decided to go shopping. She did have enough stuff, but she enjoyed looking around. She had picked up a black crop top with some decorative straps on the back. It had looked cute, and functional for classes so she headed towards the changing rooms. But they were all fun. No matter she'd brought a book from the library with it. She put the crop top over one arm and leaned against the wall between two stalls, book open. It was quite good. She was glad she'd taken out the series. Dehlia was just at the good part when she heard the creak of a door. Oh so someone was done. She snapped her book shut and stood up from the lean only to...hear someone mistake her for their sister.
Only thing is she didn't see anyone at first. Then she followed where she'd heard the voice and looked down. She arched an eyebrow at the small woman in a mouse hoodie. Wow. She was small. Then again, Dehlia WAS 5'11" she supposed.
"I am not. Astute observation. Instead you see a Dehlia." She smirked, pushing her black aviators further up into her bright red hair to expose her striking violet eyes.
"Hoodie looks cute though." She thought it might be a kid's hoodie, but that was of no consequence. Dehlia was not about to judge anyone for their fashion choices. Besides, it suited the girl before her. Dehlia smiled warmly, trying to think of where she'd seen the person before. Despite being small, she couldn't seem to put her finger on it. She did seem distinctly familiar. But wouldn't she remember someone this small and cute?
Then she realized she was probably in the way and stepped to the side. But interestingly enough she felt more like figuring out where she knew this woman from than trying on the crop top on her arm. | WORDS: 312 |

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ There was an instant where sudden panic gripped Ami's heart. She hadn't exactly registered who was in front of her, but yet that read hair... Lily?Only when Dehlia spoke up did the inconsistencies start to come to her attention. Her voice wasn't the same, and apparently her name was Dehlia. When she removed her glasses too, they were scarlet and not the amber of her eldest sister's. The size was all wrong too: this girl was far taller than Lily and Ami herself. Realizing all this, a breath released from the tiny mouse as the tension flooded out of her in a rush. Thank the gods she'd been mistaken. But now that the adrenaline had left her, the little mouse felt a tad bit jittery and flustered. Especially when this stranger said her hoodie looked cute. Ami averted her eyes, face a little warm both from the compliment and the fact she thought this Dehlia was her older sister. "Maybe if it weren't a mouse one again." The tiny mouse muttered under her breath. Her sisters thought it was oh so clever to put the smallest Rose in anything with a mouse design. "Ami!" Speaking of her sisters, Paige came over now, a few other clothes hung over her arm. She only paused a moment on seeing Dehlia, but was far quicker to recover than Ami had been. Besides she was mostly preoccupied with how the little mouse looked in her little hoodie. The younger Rose cooed. "Oh you look so adorable!" On her end Ami blushed harder and puffed up. "It's mouse themed!!!" Came the protest as Ami directed a glare towards her sister. Paige, however, was far too used to the look from her little big sister. She merely brushed it off with a wave of her free hand. "It is not my fault you look cute in them." Glancing over to the nearest individual, who just so happened to be Dehlia, the younger Rose pointed to the tiny mouse nearly buried in her hoodie. "Miss, don't you think she looks cute in this?" "Paige you can't just--" "Hush, mon cœur, it was not you I spoke to." Paige hushed, prompting Ami to puff up indignantly and cross her arms over her chest. Paige was still staring expectantly at Dehlia, the redhead dragged into this whether she liked it or not. | [attr="class","white"] [attr="class","night"] [attr="class","burstmini”] Dehlia [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone2 [attr="class","burstmini"]394 [attr="class","burstmini"]You are part of this conversation now |

I'm just out to find the better part of me For a split second, Dehlia could see a panicked look on the girl's face and she did wonder what caused that. But it disappeared in a moment and what was left was a small woman breathing a sigh of relief. Whoever it was Dehlia had been mistaken for at first, this girl did not want to see. Dehlia could relate some to that. No matter where you grew up, there were always people you'd rather not have to talk to.
The small stranger was a bit flustered and red at the hoodie compliment and she smiled at the reaction. She heard the mutter and was about to comment on it when another girl made her way over, calling out to 'Ami'. Dehlia assumed that was the name of the girl before her. Well that was a different way to be introduced to be sure. The new girl cooed about how it was adorable and Dehlia arched an eyebrow. It was also accompanied by a bit of a smirk. Sisters, or best friends? She didn't really know. It wasn't like she'd had a sister herself. Just a...brother. Dehlia did not dwell too long on that thought, just sending up a silent prayer that her brother was okay in his next life. But oh she was being addressed now. Asked.
"She does look cute, but I rather think she could probably pull off anything with enough confidence if I might say. Anything from a mouse hoodie to a suit jacket would be fair game." Dehlia's grin widened. She heard the small girl protesting about the disturbance and Dehlia couldn't help but chuckle a bit.
"Relax. You two are far more interesting to talk to than a crop top. Fat chance that you're bothering me." She looked at the first girl directly while she said it, trying to reassure her that Dehlia really did not mind. | NOTES: Dehlia's delighted to be part of it. Typical. WORDS: 314 |

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ Paige definitely liked that answer. Ami, on the other hand, just turned more red. With a grin the younger Rose turned towards Ami. Who'd thrown up the hood and yanked on the drawstrings. Paige cooed adoringly over the sight of her sister trying to hide. In what was a daring feat for anyone but her, she reached out and squished the cheeks still faintly visible despite the fact the hood had nearly been drawn completely shut. " Awww, Ami~ See? You can look wonderful in many things!" The girl said in singsong. All she got in response for that was a low muttering that Dehlia couldn't hear. Yet Paige grinned and pulled open the hoodie with a shake of her head and some tsks. "Why Ami! Such colorful vocabulary. My ears are simply burning." With her face yet again revealed the tiny mouse just glared daggers at her sister. It was a good thing Paige was already immune to such looks from the tiny girl. Paige merely waved it off before glancing back to Dehlia. Then she looked back at Ami. "There, see? She does not mind. Now go try these on too. I'm sure they'll look wonderful on you." With that she dumped the clothes into Ami's arms and started guiding her back into the changing room. "Wait are all these mouse themed too?!" "They are all cute, mon cœur, and that is all that matters." With that Paige gave her a last little push into the room and shut the door. Then she chuckled and glanced back at Dehlia. "Thank you for your opinion. I think that if she hears it coming from a stranger and not a biased sister, she might actually believe the outfit is cute. Though that may be a vain hope." Stepping away from the changing room (where Ami was currently seething in minorly since she heard everything) Paige hummed in thought for a moment. "Hmmm...maybe I should look for a suit jacket for her. Just to test things. But ah, where are my manners? I am Paige." She introduced to Dehlia with a smile. "And that little souris 1 was my sister. My other one is..." Paige looked around but Rachel was nowhere to be found. "...Off disappearing again, it seems. I'm just out to find the better part of me Dehlia watched the small woman pull up the hood and pull the drawstrings. She arched an eyebrow upwards as she rested one of her hands on her hip. She heard some grumbling from within, and then the other girl sort of...opened the hoodie and made a comment about the vocabulary. Dehlia chuckled. She observed as the girl gave her companion a bunch of stuff to try on and basically pushed her into the changing room. Dehlia's mouth quirked up into a lopsided smile. They had attitude, but they were also distinctly fun to watch. The remaining girl mused about the suit jacket, and then introduced herself. She also learned they were sisters, and that there was a third person somewhere.
"I'm Dehlia. Came here to find some stuff so that I have something new to wear to classes, y'know?" Then she thought she might as well comment on the suit jacket.
"And there are some good suit jackets on sale on that other rack. On sale is the only way to go with those, otherwise they're exorbitantly expensive." She shook her head.
"Stupidly opportunistic fashion industry. And yet I bloody love them anyway." The last couple comments were mostly mumbled to herself honestly.
"So you're sisters? I wasn't sure, you guys seem pretty close. Like friends." Although perhaps she was just unaccustomed to the way sisters treated each other. Dehlia wouldn't know anything about sisters, only having a twin brother. Or having had. But no matter, she was here to have fun not think about Ryan.
"You don't think it's a little cliche to dress someone short in mouse outfits?" She smirked. The comment was purely fun, not meant to be criticizing in any way. Dehlia just found it humourous. She hooked a finger in her belt loop, leaning against a wall. The posture came very easily to her, and instead of sprawling she hoped she looked relaxed instead. She WAS relaxed after all. | NOTES WORDS: 325 |

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ At the mention of classes, the younger Rose immediately perked up. "Oh? Classes you say? Do you happen to go to the Runic University?" She chanced to ask. From within her little changing room, even Ami's ears perked up slightly at the mention of the University. Had they stumbled upon another student by chance here? While Paige saw it as a chance for Ami to make a possible new friend, the tiny mouse's eyes widened in realization. This other student basically just saw her humiliated in a mouse hoodie. Her cheeks burned as she picked up said hoodie, burning her face into it, and let out a muffled scream. However on the outside of the room the conversation was still going. Paige glanced over towards where Dehlia had mentioned the suit jackets, but then laughed at her mumbled comment. She was close enough that she could catch it, and it brought a grin to her face. "Mmmm, yes they have done a very good job of making us all masochistic. They hurt our wallets so, yet we keep coming back." Out of all the trio, Paige would understand that best. "Ah yes, we are sisters. And best friends, though Ami likes to throw glares like an old woman throws crumbs to birds." At that a voice came out from the changing room. "I am not an old woman!" Snickering, Paige only shook her head and turned her attention back to Dehlia. "But because I am her sister, I decide to dress her as a mouse. I think I'm the only one who can force her to. Maybe cliché, yes, but she is so cute in such things! Why would I ever forsake something that works because it is simply cliché? The saying goes 'if it's not broken, don't fix it,' yes? I apply that logic." With that the younger Rose headed towards the suit jackets to investigate them a little. "And what of you, Dehlia?" She called over. "What is your 'style' then?" While she asked Ami exited once more, this time in a simple but nice dress that Paige immediately fawned over when she returned with a suit jacket about her size. I'm just out to find the better part of me Dehlia heard the question about the university and nodded.
"Yup I go to the Runic University. I am in...hmm..." What year was she again? Dehlia had fun learning stuff there, but she sometimes forgot how many years she'd been doing it for. She counted theyears on her fingers, making a face briefly.
"5th year? I grad this year though. Took some extra time so that I could have all my classes." Even someone hungering for knowledge had had to figure out there were only so many classes she could take in a year. Plus, she had her security job. She heard the comment about being sisters, and the other girl acting like an old woman. Dehlia couldn't help but chuckle when she heard the protest from the mouse clad girl.
She heard the bit about 'if it's not broke don't fix it' and she chuckled.
"I suppose you have a point. If someone looks good in something, who is anyone else to contradict that fact?" Then Paige asked her about her style and she shrugged.
"Generally black or white, t-shirts and jeans. Sleeveless tops. Sneakers. A suit jacket if I'm trying to impress someone." She smirked at the last bit.
"I like running and parkour, and I get distracted easily. So I need to be dressed in such a way that I'll be able to roll with whatever idea my brain comes up with." She rubbed the back of her neck, a nervous habit when she was feeling just a little sheepish about something. Then she saw the other girl emerge from the changing room and saw the dress. Dehlia smiled and nodded, giving a thumbs up.
"Looks good, not that you need my opinion." She also noted that Paige had taken a suit jacket as Dehlia had suggested. | NOTES: Dehlia, master of distraction. WORDS: 310 |

" Hey that is not the reason!" Came yet another protest from the changing room that made Paige laugh. "I would not be surprised if it was! Though with this book thief of yours, perhaps your plans are being foiled." Teased the younger Rose with a smirk while she walked off to the suit jackets. "Oh please, don't get her started on that again." A new voice (at least to Dehlia) said as Rachel walked over. She looked at Dehlia and arched a brow. "Guessing they dragged you into the convo? I'm just out to find the better part of me Oh the shortie was probably around her age.
"Yeah when I get my bachelor's, I'm going back for my master's too. It took an extra year to get to the point where I could though." She had work after all. Had to pay off the bloody interest on her debt so she wasn't left working her butt off her whole life. She heard the comment about the library, and the protest and Dehlia chuckled. "A book thief?" Then another woman walked into the conversation and introduced themselves and Dehlia nodded in acknowledgment. Then she heard the bit about the comedy act and she smiled.
"No I really have nothing to do today. It's kind of nice to be involved in such a boisterous conversation too." She didn't really visit her family much anymore. Besides, it was just her father at this point. Her brother was dead, and so was her mother.
"Although I am quite curious what was meant by book thief. I'm sure that sort of thing wouldn't ACTUALLY happen at the Runic University library. Hell, the librarian keeps telling me off for taking books out that are being requested. Apparently someone else was wanting to read the..." Her sentence trailed off and her eyes widened.
"Uhm...Ami...how tall are you by any chance? And...what's the books you can't seem to find?" She had this hunch. She didn't even think that asking the girl's height could get her on the wrong side of the woman. | NOTES WORDS: 293 |

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ "Let me explain that one." Rachel said while Amelia and Paige were busy with each other. "Otherwise we'd be here all day. But yeah someone's apparently checking out the books our sister's been wanting to read for...hell I can't even remember how long. Weeks no, apparently. And they're the same ones according to her. Every time." With that Rachel went back to observing her sisters for a bit. They were still debating, and by the looks of it Paige was winning. It was sort of hard not to. At least it wasn't her turn to be on the end of Paige's arguing. Rahel listened curiously to both conversations, though Dehlia's was starting to win her attention. Wait could Dehlia be...But then came the question that froze the youngest Rose. Eyes flashing, she tried to give Dehlia a warning look but it was too late. Ami and Paige both had heard the words out of the other girl’s mouth. Which put an end to their little bickering session as Paige glanced down at Ami. Amber eyes stared hard at the redhead. Fortunately there was still a good amount of fluster in that expression that meant peak levels of pissed-off-ness had not yet been achieved. Unlike another less bright fellow who’d learned the consequences of that. Still her eyes held a vague cold quality to them. “And why would you want to know my height?” Asked the petite woman. The tone used held an edge to it, and neither one of her sisters put a word in for now. Both were waiting to see how Dehlia would respond, and consequently how their elder sister would. “And it’s the Otherworld Series. There are many books within it; I believe something like 18 currently. However someone keeps checking out the same books over and over and over!” Ah, there was the fluster again. Ami’s hands ball into fists and she huffed. “And it doesn’t help I can’t find them anywhere else apparently! This has been going on for too long; it can’t be a coincidence.” At least the tiny mouse was convinced. Who couldn’t read a few books given something close to a month or more’s time? And conveniently would check out the next book in the series if Ami managed to find one of the missing ones? It was driving her crazy. | [attr="class","white"] [attr="class","night"] [attr="class","burstmini”] Dehlia [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone2 [attr="class","burstmini"]389 [attr="class","burstmini"]Tread carefully |

I'm just out to find the better part of me Dehlia heard the explanation about the book thief and she bit her lip. She had a hunch about this. And then she fucked up and said something about height. At 5'11", being short was something a good part of the population was. It hadn't even occurred to her that it would be a negative thing to ask. But she could see the glare and Dehlia's violet eyes darted around instead of making eye contact. Yup she'd screwed up. Fortunately the small woman was not attacking her. That counted as a plus, right? Also fortunately, the woman asked the all important why. Dehlia ducked her head slightly, reddening with a blush as she realized how that had sounded.
"The librarian described you because I didn't know your name..." There was a definite sheepishness in Dehlia's gaze.
"Height is the best identifier for me because of how tall I am...I'm sorry for mentioning it." Being apologetic helped, right? Then the short lady seemed to get visibly frustrated as she explained about the books. Dehlia gulped, looking at the book in her hand. Her face fell. She held it up.
"Otherworld like this one?" She bit her lip, running her free hand through her bright red hair.
"I swear I didn't mean for it to be taken out this long. I expected myself to be finished reading it and the next, but work was kicking my butt. And I hate bringing back a book without finishing it. It's kind of a pet peeve for me. But the librarian was nice and understanding and renewed it. And rechecked it out for me. I didn't think there was someone waiting so eagerly for it..." Her face was the very picture of apologetic. She hadn't meant to inconvenience anyone.
"I promise I'll bring them back if it bugs you this much. I just...I didn't know that when the librarian described you to me, she was giving me a subtle hint to stop renewing..." Oops. | NOTES WORDS: 341 |

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ The moment that book came into view a silence fell on the Rose trio. A pin could have dropped and it would have sounded deafening if not for the fact that Dehlia was still talking. The younger Roses’ eyes darted between this foolish stranger and their elder sister. Amelia had remained as frozen as ice. Her eyes were on the book. Not on Dehlia. Not on her sisters. No she only had eyes for that book. That infernal, missing book. One of the few that had been missing for weeks on end. The books that the petite woman had been searching for so very much in a frustrating game she’d wanted no part in. It didn’t matter that Dehlia was apologizing. Those amber eyes turned to ice.And there was the signal. Before either Ami or Dehlia could react, the two younger Roses were in motion. Paige abruptly shoved Ami back into the changing room and shut the door behind her. Simultaneously Rachel went to Dehlia’s side and started pushing her towards the door. “You need to leave. Now.” The girl hissed urgently, pushing with all her might to guide Dehlia to the door. From the changing room there were a few words exchanged in another language that could vaguely be heard. Yet it was only Paige’s voice speaking. If Rachel got to the door with Dehlia, she’d shove the redhead out of it bodily. “ Go! Run!” She instructed with all the sense of urgency her voice could muster. Whether or not Dehlia chose to run, a slam would come from behind Rachel. “ <Rachel! She turned invisible, I can’t find her!>”* Warned Paige as she poked her head out of the door, an expression of disheveled panic on her face. Rachel’s eyes widened. If Dehlia was still there she’d literally yell at the girl. “ Go!” Whether Dehlia had hesitated to get away or not, Rachel shut the entrance to the shop and stood before it like a guard. They would keep their sister at bay as much as they could. The best case scenario was that they could talk the elder Rose out of whatever she was going to do. The worst? I'm just out to find the better part of me Dehlia didn't know how badly she'd fucked up until the girl was shoving her sister in the changing room, and Dehlia out the door. Then they were telling her to run. Dehlia's eyebrow arched. She heard more yelling but she didn't know what it meant so she wasn't aware of the situation completely. As she was standing there trying to decide how to react, Rachel yelled at her to go and Dehlia sighed and decided right in that moment. She was indecisive, but apparently not so much today. She didn't run unless there was nothing to run from. Dehlia planted her feet firmly.
"No. A Senka doesn't run." Well, this Senka didn't. This Senka took after her mother. AKA, the Senka who wasn't Senka by marriage. Whatever. Her dad ran from his hunter position, but Dehlia supposed she had to have at least a little bit of respect for her father for doing that. After all, it was because of that action that she and Ryan had been born. So that was a plus, right? But still, no she did not plan to run.
"Look I'm sorry. I didn't know someone was waiting on them or my manners would've overridden any other priority." Manners were important. So was duty. She had no idea why this small woman was so damn upset about books, but hey if that was her thing Dehlia wasn't going to stand in her way. She yelled the words so that the person would be able to hear her in the changing room.
She did realize she might be doing something foolhardy considering the woman's sisters were acting like they were preparing for something akin to the apocalypse. That said, this had to be done. | NOTES: The apocalypse! WORDS: 284 |

[attr="class","burst"] [attr="class","whitenight"] ❝ Oh heavens this foolish, foolish girl. Despite all of Rachel's warning, the redhead seemed obstinate. She was going to stay behind even though both younger Roses could tell that their big sister was certainly not happy. At all. Rachel clenched her teeth in minor frustration. "That's not the point- look you've been holding onto these books for weeks now according to our sister, and to her that's-" At that point however Rachel was interrupted by Paige. Where there was once noise coming from both the younger Roses, there was now complete silence. Rachel stood by the door, working as the last line of defense between her sister and the apparently foolhardy woman behind her. It was...kind of eerie now. The poor shop worker had no idea what was going on, but it was quite clear she was keeping herself well out of this. Rachel just stood there, stock still. Waiting. Waiting for her sister to eventually make her move. As the silence stretched on to an uncomfortable amount, that's when there was a change. Dehlia would feel it and hear it at the same time. A soft press of something against her back, followed by a nearly hissed " Diin." As soon as that was said, the girl's muscles would begin to tense up and freeze, preventing her from moving a damn thing. Fortunately Ami was no amateur, so the tiny mouse didn't end up paralyzing her heart or any other involuntary muscles. She was angry, not murderous. And Dehlia could see that as she dropped the invisibility and stood there, glaring at the girl. Based on her expression, it was a little harder to say she was angry instead of murderous. Having spotted her now, Rachel opened her mouth to say something. However Amelia shot her a look that made it clear this wasn't the best time. Then she turned back to Dehlia. "I could understand holding onto them for a few days." The mouse began. Hell, she normally did that when she took out enormous amounts of books. "But you have taken these same books out for nearly two months now." The petite woman nearly hissed it. "If you weren't having any time to read them, then why did you keep hoarding them to yourself?" | [attr="class","white"] [attr="class","night"] [attr="class","burstmini”] Dehlia [attr="class","burstmini"]@someone2 [attr="class","burstmini"]379 [attr="class","burstmini"]"You hoarder!" -says the hoarder |
