Just like the title suggests, this is more of a notice than an absence.
I just found out that a family friend (Our local pizza maker) has died of brain cancer, and this is yet another person that I have personally lost to cancer. Ralph was the 3rd, who died of it and I know at least ten who have had it or are still fighting. If I'm quiet or aren't my usual kitcat self, its because of this. I loved this man as an uncle and it turns out I can't go to his funeral this Saturday because of work. So Basically, I'm going to attempt to take the weekend off. It probably won't work, but this is a notice more than anything. Just a little head's up for why I'm not up to par, or the very low standard that would be par if I was good at this lol.
