this is gospel for the fallen ones

It isn't easy to express Aquila's personality, because of his long time at life. He can become any number of personas to fit those near him due to wanting to fit in. But as time passed he's become more his own person, which is to say he's stuck to a permanent personality rather than imitating others. This was not an easy or short task, taking a long time to become an individual and settling on a persona. So he's become a kind person with a good heart, his curiosity in new things can get a little annoying.

But he rarely does this anymore, and prefers to just take note of everything around him. He won't take injustice to others, but also won't take such things against his person. He's been known to take risks when other lives are in danger, despite his original programming stating that he had to continue to survive. It's hard to get him angry unless you're pushing very hard, how he reacts depends on those around him. Meaning he won't endanger and nor will he kill, but he has skills and training that could make him scary.

One may not think it but Aquila is also quite creative, he enjoys a number of artistic pursuits including writing, drawing and especially music. He can write in several languages including calligraphy, his drawings generally relates to portraits and landscapes. His favourite passion though is music, he's skilled in a variety of instruments both common and uncommon. Over time his skills in this area have vastly improved, allowing him to play alongside numerous musicians throughout his lengthy history and he enjoys the solace of music and getting lost in the melody.

Aquila is a tall slender man of athletic build, he holds a semi pale complexion and stands around 6'3 in height. He has blonde spiky hair which is short to medium in length, while his eyes are blue though they seem to be fairly crystal like in reflection.

Despite his race, Aquila has a few tattoos across his person which also return if his skin is damaged. He has an ancient symbol on the top left of his chest, a Thylacine looking back on the top right. On his back is the more extensive tattoos, across his whole back is a Jacaranda tree which has lots of other additions to it.

In various parts of the tree are a variety of animals, these are the many pets he's had over the centuries. These range from domestic animals to exotic ones or animals he's merely befriended. If one looks closely to the tree branches, little symbols with names etched in them can be seen. These are a variety of those he's loved over his lengthy time, people he's considered family and in some cases lives he's had no choice but to take.


Aquila wears a variety of clothes depending on the weather, he'll wear three quarter shorts and a simply T-shirt when it's hot. While in the cold he'll wear long pants, a shirt and a nice semi fur coat. He also sometimes wears a great coat of black and grey colouring, this is mostly just on some occasions depending on need or mood. He also has a stud in each ear, as well as sleeper in each next to this and above these he holds a metal tube earring atop his ears. He also wears a set of rings, and the odd other jewelry such as bracelets, chains and so on.

Aquila's history started a long time ago, when technology was getting up and running. One day a man created clockwork humanoid, covering this creation was leather like human skin. Making her impossible to distinguish from humanity, at first she was simple and merely played music. But time passed and she advanced while her creator's apprentice, whom gained the knowledge of his mentor and continued on his own. He returned to his home town to create a work space, and locked himself away for over two years. Cedric Amano created a clockwork man, this man was a marvel to behold. As the technology was an improvement on his mentors, becoming an image of a son once lost to Cedric.Though not perfect, Aquila was a visual improvement on his mother he still was only a porcelain skin with basic clockwork insides.

Aquila as he was called, became a new member of the community. Acting like most other men did with both automatic and voluntary functions, Aquila was forgotten as a man’s creation and became a mere man by most people's eyes. As time passed, some came to resent that Aquila did not age. When Cedric was on his last years of life, he instilled further programming in Aquila. This allowed him to protect himself from the harm, which others around him may of rout upon him. Soon the clockwork man was left alone, while the remaining elders pushed him away from the only home the man had known. The townsfolk that Aquila had grown up with resented Aquila and attacked him, causing his porcelain to shatter in places and for a time his human like features begun to break.

Aquila buried his father and started to travel the world, as he was growing up Aquila was also taught to look after himself if he was ever injured or became broken. He eventually replaced his outer appearance with a more life like one that was partially leather and hide, this made being among people that much easier.. Learning all about the world as it was and as it grew, Aquila went from place to place like a wanderer.

Every new invention created, often got his attention for a time. And even allowed him to help improve it with his every increasing knowledge, of how this worked both mechanical and even sometimes organic. When his gears started having problems, Aquila looked into these new inventions and improved upon himself. When war broke out in a region he was visiting, Aquila became a medic on the front lines. Never truly picking a side, he helped keep soldiers and civilians on both sides alive when they were hurt. His care for people, helped him survive the horrors that he saw as war raged around him. Coming out in better shape than most, Aquila moved on when peace was created.

Allowing him to continue his travels, as the centuries passed. Aquila learned loads of new things from the advancing human population and their desire to become ever better. To this day Aquila still becomes a medic where needed, and using his engineering skills in whatever odd jobs to get by. However saving lives and engineering weren't his only passions, as he strangely picked his mother's talent for music and then some. Over his long life, Aquila has learned several instruments including Piano, Flute, Lute, Ocarina and Guitar among others. He's played with many people over the years in duets and bands, some of them become or were famous musicians at some point. As of modern day era, Aquila has a couple of shops he likes work in including a general Tech, Engineering and music shops all of which have their own uniqueness and rarity.

During a major time of war and technological advancement, Aquila was caught up in a bombing run on a small town which supposedly harbored enemy solders. He was severely damaged, but had enough enough life in him to be able to drag himself to a nearby factory. It had just been created and was on the cutting edge of technology for the time, he completely revised himself with rust proof metal which was also quite strong compared to his last material. While in there, he found a man who'd been using the place to hide. He seemed suspicious of Aquila until he saw the clockwork man working on his person, then he became quite interested in him. For the time it took for Aquila to improve himself, the man listened to his story and said he might be able to help him fit in more.

The man suggested they go downstairs where an medical research place had been built in secret, the man was the last person to still be around the place that he once worked at. Down there they looked into a living skin which was put together from actual humans who'd donated themselves to science or volunteered, with the help of the man Aquila was given a living skin over his person that also healed like it was alive. He also got hair and was able to design his own appearance, though he went with what was his original look which he'd sketched for the man. Soon Aquila was looking like a normal human being, with beautiful skin and hair like any other. Aquila thanked the man and suggested he join him in walking away from this dead place before the soldiers come, the man said he was to old to go traveling and wanted to stay here.

He thanked the man again and went on his went on his way, Aquila came to a big city and stayed there for a time doing a variety of things as well as get used to his new skin. He made friends and had lovers over the long time he spent there, time passed more and more and he journeyed on to other places. He eventually started getting tattoos on his person, things that interested him and tributes to those in his past. He kept walking around, enjoying life himself and through others. During a major time of peace, Aquila had found a nice place to chill where he could enjoy his art alone. He'd brought his instruments with him, in all their cases and his other art pieces. He spent some time creating and then put everything away, taking what he thought was going to be a short nap. He was expecting to wake up in maybe a few days, but it turned out he was out for a very long time. His cave like choice in rest spots kept him from being noticed by anyone over time, eventually the cave became buried along with Aquila.

He eventually woke up when an archaeologist dug into his cavern, he was about to look at his luggage which held his instruments. But before he could Aquila got up and freaked the man out so much that he ran away, Aquila laughed to himself about scaring the man and picked up his stuff. Walking out into a world that was so much different to the one he knew when he before, and now it was his turn to freak out a little. Figuring out that he'd been asleep for a very long time, he wasn't sure how long but there was technology beyond anything he'd seen before and species that he thought were merely myth and legend or science fiction nonsense himself not withstanding.

Unarmed Combat
CLOCKWORK CHI
Clockwork Chi came about during Aquila's travels when he stopped to learn a way to defend himself, he found that he wasn't suited for the full strength martial arts around. And he didn't like the need for striking first, thus he went for the martial arts form of Tai Chi. As he learned this style Aquila made adjustments to it to fit his unusual person, thus over time he developed Clockwork Chi.

Clockwork Chi is basically Tai Chi with components and variations added to suit Aquila's unique physiology, meaning that his ability to disjoint, hit hard and regimented are all put to use. It's used mainly as a counter art, in that to use it one must be attacked first. Clockwork Chi much like normal Tai Chi makes use of ones flow of movement, and not interrupting that flow but instead misdirecting it.

Sometimes one may have to stop a flow altogether or at the very least damage the flow, as such Clockwork Chi often relies more on these methods. By incorporating Aquila's clockwork features that allow him to move his arms or legs differently, being clockwork instead grants him no distinctive joint position if he so desires. As such blocking him from moving a certain way, will only result in his Chi moving a different way. Clockwork Chi expands this into a whole form of movement and counter actions.

Translator I
Over his numerous years at life, Aquila has learned several languages. Weather those languages are still used in this new day and age is unknown, but he's able to speak most western languages and a few eastern ones.

Emotional Simulation
Aquila is indistinguishable from humanity in not only appearance, but as well as his emotions. He comes off as human as anyone else, having feelings and thoughts similar to humanoids. He may of started off as a mere mimic but time has made him his own person, not just in personality but emotions.
