Face Claim: Lapis Lazuli from Steven Universe
So basically this girl would have been a victim of drowning-- which in turn caused her to turn blue in death. Refuses to pass on until she feels like she get's revenge. Only trouble is that she can't exactly remember who killed her. Generally snarky / sarcastic. Doesn't really care about other people.
