Hunter Enforcer, masked, silent, possibly runic

Okay, another idea that I've had is for a Hunter that specializes the tracking and elimination of Dishonored Hunters. Silent, ruthless, and efficient would be the primary traits for this guy/gal. Alternatively, this person could be an executioner of sorts for the Runic University or just a particularly skilled mercenary that does work for both organizations. A mask would go a long way towards adding the intimidating air of this character, and my example would be Hei from Darker than Black, though any character with a mask would work in all honesty. On a more personal note, look at that edgelord badass! How could you not want to play him?!
