There is currently no exception for the police officer characters in regards to starter abilities. Given that they will clash with all three groups of characters, can there be abilities that the police characters begin with? Even if it's just the starter weapon abilities and perhaps a police dog option, it would make it easier for them to survive if they had their own level tree.
